제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 고온-용융 접착제 및 두개의 비교 고온-용융 접착제에 대한 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'대 시간의 그래프이다.

Claims (15)

  1. (a) 비닐 아세테이트가 14 내지 35중량%이고 용융 지수가 적어도 150인 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 및 (b) 70°내지 115℃의 범위내의 링 및 보올 연화점 및 0.5 내지 50몰% 범위의 결합된 방향족 물질과 올레핀 함량을 가지는 점성화 수지를 상기 공중합체 100부당 50내지 200부로 함유하는데 그 수지는 그 접착제가 비가열된 기질위에서 50㎛의 막으로 도포된 후 5초 이상 동안 106dynes/cm1이하의 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'와, 적어도 5 ×106dynes/cm2의 최종 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'를 가지도록 선택되며, 접착제의 용융 지수가 500 이하이거나 또는 100부의 공중합체당 100부 이하의 점성화제가 존재할때, 링 및 보올 연화점 및 결합된 방향족 물질 및 올레핀 함량이 상기 범위의 중간 값 정도인 고온 용융 접착제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 점성화 수지의 링 및 보올 연화점이 80°내지 105℃ 사이인 고온-용융 접착제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 점성화 수지가 2 내지 30몰%의 방향족/올레핀 함량을 갖는 고온-용융 접착제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 점성화 수지는 폴리테르펜 수지, 수소화된 목재 수지 및 그것의 유도체로 부터 선택되는 고온-용융 접착제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 100중량부당 점성화 수지가 120 내지 170부인 고온-용융 접착제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 용융 지수가 500이상인 고온-용융 접착제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 비닐 아세테이트 함량이 23 내지 30중량%인 고온-용융 접착제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 점성화 수지의 포화 지방족 함량의 단 50몰% 이하가 지방족 고리 화합물인 고온-용융 접착제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 50㎛막으로서 부착된 후 5초 이상동안 7×105dynes/㎠ 이하의 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'를 갖는 고온-용융 접착제.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 막대형태인 고온-용융 접착제.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 손잡이 분산기의 가열 버내로 막대형태로 유인시킬 수 있는 고온-용융 접착제.
  12. 비가열된 표면위에 손잡이 분산기로 부터 도포되어 박막이 형성되어 실온에서 적어도 5초 동안 점성을 유지하여 가열 또는 수압이상의 압력을 적용하지 않아도 내크리이프성 접착을 형성하며, (a) 비닐 아세테이트 14 내지 35중량% 및 적어도 150의 용융 지수를 갖는 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 및 (b) 공중합체 100중량부당 점성화수지 50 내지 200중량부로 구성되며, 수지는 70°내지 115℃범위이내의 링 및 보올 연화점과 0.5 내지 50몰% 범위이내의 결합된 방향족 물질 및 올레핀 함량을 가지며 고온-용융 접착제가 비가열된 기질위에 50㎛막으로 도포된 후에 5초 이상 동안 106dynes/㎠ 이하의 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'를 갖고, 상기 접착제가 적어도 5 ×106dynes/㎠의 최종 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'를 가지도록 선택되며 그 용융 지수가 500의 이하이거나 또는 공중합체 100중량부당 점성화 수지가 100중량부 이하일때, 링 및 보올 연화점과 결합된 방향족 물질 및 결합 함량이 둘다 상기 범위의 중간 정도인 고온-용융 접착제 막대.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 중심부에서 하나, 표면에서 나머지 하나의 조성물, 즉, 두종류의 다른 접착제 조성물을 갖고, 50㎛막으로 도포된 후 5초 이내에 상기 조성물중 적어도 하나의 전단 보존 모듈러스 G'가 106dynes/㎠을 초과하며 그 두개 조성물의 혼합물이 제12항의 정의를 만족하는 고온-용융 접착제 막대.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 분산기의 가열 버속으로 기계적으로 유인될 수 있는 날을 갖는 고온-용융 접착제 막대.
  15. 제1항의 접착제 막을 포함하는 기질.
