Claims (15)

  1. (A) 비닐 말단기를 갖는 폴리디오르가노실록산 유액 100중량부, (B) 실리콘 폴리이미드의 중량에 기초해서 1-75중량%의 화학적으로 결합된 오르가노비닐실록시단위를 갖는 실리콘폴리이미드 블록 공중합체 1-70중량부, (C) 실록산 히드리드 1-50중량부, (D) 물, C(1-8)알카놀, 실라놀 및 (C)의 실록산 히드리드의 규소에 규합된 수소 당 히드록실기가 약 0.02-15몰이 되는 몰비를 제공하는 양의 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 히드록실화 물질 0.2-10중량%, 및 (E) 촉매 백금 금속 1-25ppm으로 되는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 단말기를 갖는 폴리디오르 가노실록산이 본질적으로 화학적으로 결합된 디메틸 실록시 단위 및 디메틸비닐실록시 말단 단위들로 구성되는 비닐 말단기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 폴리이미드가 방향족 비스안히드리드, 아미노오르가노폴리디오르가노실록산, 및 아릴디아민의 상호축합(intercondensation)반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실화 물질이 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 본질적으로 실록시 단위와 화학적으로 결합된 트리메틸시록시 단위 및 트리메틸실록시 단위 대 실록시 단위의 비가 0.7 내지 20인 메틸비닐실록시 단위의 비가 0.7 내지 20인 메틸 비닐실록시 단위로 구성되는 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 총전제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 방향족 비스안히드리드가 비스페놀-A 디안히드리드인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실화 물질이 메탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 실록산 디아민이 말단 디메틸 아미노프로필실록산 단위로 갖는 폴리디메틸 실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 아릴디아민이 메타페놀렌디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 충전제가 α-석영 또는 CaCO3인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 히드리드가 트리메틸실록시 말단기를 갖는 폴리메틸 히드록시 실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 포옴 조성물.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 프탈산 무수물로 정지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 포옴 조성물.
  14. 실록산 히드리드를, 비닐기 함유 실록산, 히드록시기 공급물질, 백금 촉매 유효량, 및 실리콘 폴리 이미드 블록 공중합체의 중량에 기초해서 1-75중량%의 화학적으로 결합된 오르가노비닐실록시 단위를 갖는 실리콘 폴리이미드 블록 공중합체로 되는 혼합물과 혼합하는 것으로 되는 고강도 실리콘 포옴의 제조 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 억제제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
