Claims (10)
- 디메틸실록산 단위 84 내지 96mole%, 메틸실세스퀴옥산 단위 2 내지 10mole%, 트리메틸실록시 단위 0.5 내지 6mole% 및 모노하이드로전디메틸실록시 단위 0.25 내지 3mole%(여기서, 트리메틸실록시 단위와 모노하이드로 전디메틸실록시 단위의 총 mole%는 1.5이상이다)로 이루어지는 실리콘-결합 수소를 함유하는 폴리메틸실록산.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 디메틸실록산 단위가 90 내지 94mole%이고, 메틸실세스퀴옥산 단위가 4.5 내지 7mole%이며, 트리메틸실록시 단위가 2 내지 3mole%이고 모노하이드로전디메틸실록시 단위가 0.5 내지 2mole%(여기서, 트리메틸실록시 단위와 모노하이드로전디메틸실록시 단위의 총 mole%는 2.5 내지 5이다.)인, 실리콘-결합 수소를 함유하는 폴리메틸실록산.
- 제 1 항의 폴리메틸실록산과 가교결합제로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 비닐-함유 폴리오가노실록산 및 하이드로실화(hydrosilation) 촉매인 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 비닐-함유 폴리오가노실록산이 비닐디메틸실록시 말단 차단된 폴리디메틸실록산인 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 하이드로실화 촉매가 백금 촉매인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하이드로실화 촉매가 백금촉매인 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 백금 촉매 억제제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 백금 촉매 억제제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
