Claims (29)
- a) 90이상의 에폭시 당량을 갖는 적어도 1종의 경화되지 않은 에폭시수지, 및 b) 하기 잔기들 중 적어도 1개를 함유하는 1종 이상의 방향족 화합물들로 구성된 경화성 분말형 피복 조성물.상기 식에서 Q는 방향족 고리를 완결시키는데 필요한 탄소, 산소, 질소 및 또는 황원자의 임의의 조합체이고, R1, -R10은 각각 수소 또는 치환기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 촉매를 또한 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 치환기들이 고리원자수 7개 이하의 융합 방향족, 비방향족 또는 헤테로시클릭 고리를 형성하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시수지가 비스페놀 A도는 비스페놀 에폭시수지, 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트 및 에폭시화 노블락으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 카테콜, 피로갈롤, 2,3-디히드록시피리딘, 0-디히드록시안트라퀴논, 디트라놀, 0-디히드록시나프탈렌 및 1.8-디히드록시 나프탈렌으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1개의 잔기를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 키테콜 노볼락인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 리로갈롤인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 2,3-디히드록시피리딘인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 1,2-디히드록시안트라퀴논인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 디트라놀인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 2,3-디히드록시나프탈렌인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 1,8-디히드록시나프탈렌인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제를 또한 함유하는 조성물.

- a) 99이상의 에폭시 당량을 갖는 적어도 1종의 경화되지 않는 에폭시 수지 100 중량부 및 b) 카케콜, 피로갈롤, 2,3-디히드록시피리딘, 0-디히드록시-안트라퀴논, 디트라놀, 0-디히드록시나프탈렌 및 1,8-디히드록시나프탈렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1개의 잔기를 함유한 방향족 화합물 적어도 0.05중량부 및 c) 에폭시 수지 촉매를 함유하는 경화성 분말형 피복 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 촉매가 2-메틸이미다졸 부가물, 2,4,6-트리스(디메틸 아미노메틸) 페놀, N,N-디메틸벤질아민 및 옥토산 제1주석으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제21항에서 정의한 분말형 피복 조성물을 기질에 도포하고 상기 조성물을 가열하여 합착 및 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는 금속 기질상의 방부 피복층을 형성시키는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 분말형 피복 조성물을 유동층 기술로 도포하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 기질을 예비가열하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 분말형 피복 조성물을 분말 분무피복법으로 도포하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 분말형 피복 조성물을 정전 분말 분무피복법으로 도포하는 방법.
