Claims (6)
- 용액중에 용존가스를 가지는 오일샘플을 수용하는 추출용기, 추출용기내의 오일샘플내로 공기를 불어넣는 순환펌프, 용존가스를 추출하기 위하여 상기 펌프에 의해 불어넣어진 공기로 기포를 발생시키고 발생된 기포가 오일샘플속을 통과하도록하는 기포발생기, 오일샘플로부터 추출된 용존가스의 농도를 측정하는 측정기구, 및 측정기구로 측정한 후 공기를 상기 펌프내로 복귀시켜 복귀된 공기가 상기 펌프에 의해 오일샘플내로 재차 불어넣어지게 하는 수단을 구비하는 오일중의 용존가스 측정장치.
- 용존가스를 함유하는 오일샘플이 수용되는 추출용기, 추출용기내의 오일샘플속에서 기포를 발생시키는 기포발생기, 상기 기포발생기에 의해 상기 오일샘플을 통해 발포된 가스를 회수하며 용존가스 측정용 가스센서를 가지는 가스회수용기, 및 상기 가스회수 용기내의 회수가스를 순환시키기 위하여 상기 추출용기내로 통과시키는 펌프를 구비하며, 상기 기포의 크기를 0.1-0.8mm 범위내로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일중의 용존가스 측정장치.
- 용존가스를 함유하는 오일샘플이 수용되는 가스추출용기, 가스추출용기내에서 기포를 발생시키는 기포발생기, 기포발생기에 의해 오일샘플을 통해 발포된 가스를 회수하며 용존가스 검출 및 측정용 가스센서를 가지는 센서챔버, 추출용기와 센서챔버를 연결하는 도관수단, 및 센서챔버내의 회수가스를 순환시키기 위하여 통과시키는 펌프를 구비하며, 측정할 가스의 가스센서에 의한 소모량이 가스추출에 소요되는 시간내에 상기 용량의 20%이하가 되게 추출용기, 센서챔버 및 도관수단의 총합용량이 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일중의 용존가스 측정장치.
- 오일을 통해 발포되는 순환가스를 사용하여 추출용기내의 오일샘플중의 용존가스를 추출하는 추출기구가 설치되고, 상기 발포된 가스에 의해 추출된 오일중의 용존가스를 측정하는 측정기구가 설치되는 오일중의 용존가스 측정장치를 세척하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용존가스 측정장치로 측정을 완료한후, 우선 추출용기내에 오일을 남겨둔채 추출용기내로 공기를 유입시키고 추출용기로부터 방출시켜 세척하고 나서, 추출용기로부터 상기 오일을 방출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용존가스 측정장치의 세척하는 방법.
- 오일 처리장치로 처리한후 추출용기내에 수용한 용존가스 함유 오일샘플 내로 발포가스를 통과시켜 오일샘플내에 기포를 발생시키는 단계, 상기 기포로 오일샘플중의 용존가스를 분리하여 상기 발포가스와 오일샘플로부터 분리된 용존가스와의 가스혼합물을 함유하는 기포를 형성시키는 단계, 상기 기포로부터 가스혼합물을 회수하여 상기 용존가스의 농도를측정하는 단계 및 상기 회수된 가스혼합물을 순환시키기 위해 펌프를 통해 상기 추출용기내로 복귀시키는 단계로 구성되는 오일중의 용존가스 측정방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발포가스가 공기인 용존가스 측정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
