Claims (1)
- 세척된 백미에 대해 150-160%/중량의 물을 40℃-50℃로 조절하여 급수되게 한 상태에서 1시간 가량 정지시킨 후 건져낸 다음, 용기넓이 300㎠당 원료미의 높이를 4cm이내로 하여 1㎏/㎠의 압력하에서 25-35분 정도 증미한후 50℃이하의 실온에서 냉각을 하고, 취반미에 대해 45-55%/중량의 분산용액을 첨가하여 분산시킨 후 철판에 펼쳐 넣은 상태에서 225℃-235℃정도의 오븐에서 약 30분 정도 소성하여 완성된 누룽지를 진공 포장하게 됨을 특징으로 한 인스턴트 누룽지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
