제1-3도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하는 3실시양태의 가열, 분리 빛 응축장치들을 나타낸다.
Claims (5)
- a) 메탄올보다 높은 비등점을 가질수 있는 용매 및/또는 메탄올과 함께 공비혼합물을 형성할수 있는 용매로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 용매내에서 나트륨 메탄올레이트를 사용하여 플루오로알코올의 알칼리화 반응을 수행하고, b) a)하에 얻어진 혼합물을 환류시켜 생기는 증기속으로 방출되는 메탄올을 선택적으로 포획하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 나트륨 플루오로알코올레이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올의 선택적 분리를 분자체로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분자체의 공극 직경이 약 4옹그스트롬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 제1항에 정의된 유형의 용매내의 무수메탄올과 나트륨으로부터, 또는 과량의 메탄올과 나트륨으로부터 나트륨 메탄올레이트를 제조하고, 과량의 메탄올은 이어서 증발시킨다음 상기 정의된 유형의 용매로 대치하고, b) 1 또는 그 이상의 플루오로알코올을 상기 매체속으로 도입하고, 가능하게는 이동성수소를 갖는 다른 화합물과 혼합하고, c) 혼합물을 끓이고 분자체로 채워진 컬럼을 통과하는 과정에서 메탄올을 분리하는 것을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 수행하는 동안 얻어진 생성물들의, 폴리디클로로포스파젠의 치환에의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
