Claims (9)
- 서어머스탯과 버어너에의 화염의 존재 여부를 감지하는 화염 센서를 갖춘 흡인 통풍식 노(Induced Draft Furnace)에 있어서, 서어머스탯이 열을 요구하지 않는 때를 감지하는 단계와, 그때 버어너에 화염이 존재하는지 여부를 감지하는 단계로써 구성되며, 서어머스탯이 열을 요구하지 않는 때에 화염이 존재하면 흡인기 모터를 켜서 여소 공기가 버어너로 확실하게 공급되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인통풍식 노의 작동제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화염이 존재하는 동안에는 흡인기 모터를 켜있는 상태로 유지하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인통풍식노의 작동제어 방법.
- 버어너에의 화염의 존재 여부를 감지하는 것을 포함하는 소정의 정상 가열 작동 순서의 시작에 따라 제어되는 노에 있어서, 버어너에 화염이 존재하는 때를 감지하는 단계와, 그때 화염이 존재하는 것이 소정의 정상 가열 순서와 일치되는 것인지 여부를 판단하는 단계와, 상기 판단에서 일치되지 않는 것으로 판단되면 상기 정상적인 순서에 따른 모든 후속 과정들을 중지시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노 제어 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 노가 흡입 통풍식 노이고, 화염의 존재가 상기 소정의 정상 가열 순서에 일치되는 것이 아닐때에는 흡인기 모터를 켜는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노 제어방법.
- 서어머스탯에 상응하여 작동되며, 버어너에 연소공기를 공급하는 흡인기와, 가스를 버어너로 전달하는 가스 밸브 및 전달시스템과, 버어너에서의 화염의 존재 여부를 감지하는 화염센서와, 이 부품들을 소정의 가열 순서에 따라 자동적으로 작동 사이클을 이행하게끔 하는 제어시스템을 구비한 가스로 장치에 있어서, 버어너에서의 화염의 존재 여부를 연속적으로 감지하는 단계와, 만약에 화염이 상기 소정의 가열 순서를 벗어나서 감지되면 상기 소정의 가열순서의 진행을 중지시키는 단계로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스로 장치제어 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가스로는 흡입기를 구비한 흡인 통풍식 가스로이고, 상기 소정의 가열 순서를 벗어나서 화염이 감지되면 흡인기를 켜는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스로 장치제어 방법.
- 설정된 서어머스탯 상태에 상응하여 버어너로 연소 공기를 공급하는 흡인 통풍 송풍기와, 버어너로 가스를 선택적으로 공급할 수 있는 가스밸브와, 버어너에 화염이 있는 때를 감지하는 화염 감지 수단을 구비한 형식의 가스연료사용 노의 개선된 제어 시스템에 있어서, 소정의 작동순서에 의해 흡인 통풍 송풍기 및 가스 밸브를 포함하는 여러 부품들을 상기 서어머스탯 상태에 상응하여 선택적으로 켜고 끄는 순차 수단(Sequencing Means)과, 상기 소정의 작동 순서에 일치하지 않는 때에 화염이 감지되면 이를 지시하는 판별수단(Discrimination Means)과, 상기 판별 수단이 그러한 지시를 하면 흡인 통풍 송풍기를 켜는 활성화 수단(Activation Means)로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스로 제어 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가열 사이클을 끝내기 위해 서어머스탯이 열린 후에 가스밸브를 닫는 순차적인 단계들이 상기 소정의 작동 순서에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스로 제어시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가열 사이클을 시작할 때 가스 밸브가 열린 후에 화염을 감지하는 순차적인 단계들이 상기 소정의 작동순서에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스로 제어시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
