제1도는 가열 장치 셀링의 상부 부분에 위치한 날개 조립체를 통하여 연장한 곳에서 위생물 도관과 가열물 도관의 상태 위치를 도시한 부분측면 입면 및 부분수직 단면도,

제3도는 날개 조립체로부터 나온 장치 도관의 각 단부를 폐쇄하기 위한 본 발명에 따라 제공된 단편의 측면 입면 및 정면도.
Claims (7)
- 날개 조립체를 통하여 연장한 납작한 튜브내측에 위치하고 파이프 코일이나 머리핀 형태를 갖는 튜브 형태를 제공한 위생 온수와 엘보우에 의해 서로 연결된 복수개의 납작한 튜브 형태를 제공한 날개 조립체를 통하여 연장될 때 가열회로 및 더운 가스의 이동 경로상에 셀 날개의 상부분에 위치하게된 날개 조립체를 통하여 그후에 연장한 가열회로 도관이 아니거나 감겨진 버너 특히 가스버너를 제공한 내부부분인 셀링을 구비한 가열 장치를 포함하는 가정 취급용 더운물 또는 위생물을 제공하는 중앙 가열장치에 있어서, 가열물 회로 납작한 튜브와 접촉하지 않은 가열물 회로 납작한 튜브내부에 머리핀 또는 코일튜브 형태로 위치한 위생 온수 회로 튜브와, 가능한 감소된 머리핀형 튜브의 회선과 납작한 튜브사이에 함유된 물의 양과 같은 방법으로 선택된 튜브와 납작한 튜브의 치수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생 취급용 온수 회로를 구비한 중앙 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 날개 조립체의 외부에 납작한 튜브의 각 단부가 제공되며, 단편은 그것에 근접하도록 상기 단부상에 땜납 또는 납땜되고, 상기 단편은 2개의 연속적인 납작한 튜브사이에 연결을 위해 제공한 구부러진 튜브의 연결을 위한 제2개구와 위생물 도관의 머리핀 또는 코일 파이프 사이에 연결을 위하여 제공한 구부러진 튜브의 연결을 위한 제1개구를 형성한 판의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 가열물 회로와 위생물 회로사이에서 열적 교환을 여전히 증가하기 위하여 날개 조립체를 통하여 연장되는 곳에서 납작한 튜브 내부에 코일 파이프 또는 머리핀 형태로 감겨진 튜브의 회선사이에 열적 전달 표면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 가열 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열적 전달 표면은 수직 평면부에 의해 연결되며 결합된 머리핀 형태 튜브와 결합한 부분적으로 원통형 부분을 포함한 금속판 형태를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 가열 장치.
- 제3항에 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속판은 머리핀 형태 튜브상에 땜납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 가열 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 머리핀 또는 코일 파이프로 배열된 튜브는 상기 판으로 필수적인 구조로 제조되며 튜브 및 조립체는 연결 평면에 의해 연결된 2개반의 셀 형태를 부착하여 채워지는 금속이 없는 납땜 공정 특히 압력, 초음파 또는 그밖의 것에 의해 빨리 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 내지 제6항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 위생물이 흐르는 머리핀 또는 튜브의 파이프로서 배열된 튜브는 가열물이 흐르는 튜브의 벽의 근처에 위치하고 그 부분내에 약간 구부러진 형상을 가지며 상기 튜브는 가열 및 습기 저항 가소성 물질 예를들어, 실리콘으로 만들어진 복수개의 링을 제공하며 상기 링은 정규 간격으로 상기 튜브상에 나사 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 가열 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
