중앙난방식 보일러의 열교환장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의하여 분리튜브로 구성된 열고환기를 설치한 중앙난방식 보일러의 종단면도.
제2도는 도면 1의 II-II선 횡단면도.
제3도는 도면 1과 도면 2에 도시한 보일러 분리벽을 이루는 금속단의 확대투시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 가열시켜야할 유체의 저장유로공과 유체를 가열하는 관통유로공으로 분리되어 있는 열전달용 튜브로 이루어지며 상기 튜브가 L,T등 여러가지의 단면형상을 가지는 금속단이 서로 용접되어 이루어지며, 각 금속단의 플랜지가 튜브의 원주벽으로부터 연장되고 하나의 금속단의 플랜지 모서리에 이웃하는 금속단의 분리튜브 속으로 돌출되는 길이 방향의 핀을 이루는 제2플랜지가 있는 자유단이 용접되어 있는 열교환장치에 있어서, 립이 상기의 핀내에서 국부적으로 힘을 받으며 핀의 한쪽선단관 연결되어 있고, 핀의 평면에 대하여 바깥으로 급혀젠 있는 특징을 가지는 열교환 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속단의 핀이 분리튜브을 방출선단에 인접하는 선단의 일부분이 핀의 평면에 대하여 바깥으로 굽혀져 있는 특징을 가지는 열교환 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 열교환 장치로 이루어지며 금속단으로 구성되는 분리튜브 주위에 위치하는 물자켓과 상기 튜브의 선단 앞쪽에 위치하는 버어너를 갖추고 분리튜브를 통하여 연료가스를 버어너로 주입시키게한 중앙난방식 보일러.
