Claims (55)
- 각기 직물층의 한 표면이 덮개(enveloe)의 내부 표면과 마주하도록 상기 덮개 내에 위치된 첫번째 및 두번째 직물 층들, 탄성 물질인 상기 덮개, 상기 덮개의 마주하는 내부 표면에 결합되는 상기 각 직물 표면, 상기 덮개의 직물층에 대한 결합을 증가시키기 위해 직물화 또는 플란넬화 또는 벌킹화된 얀 물질을 포함하는 상기 직물 층, 상기 직물층이 선결된 거리를 넘은 또하나로부터 이동하는 것을 억제시키기 위한 상기 직물층사이의 신축성 수단, 및 동일한 것을 가압화 하기 위한 상기 덮개의 내부에 있는 가스를 포합하는, 공간화된 내부 및 외부 표면을 갖는 내부 가압성 덮개.
- 각기 그 표면이 덮개의 내부 표면과 마주하도록 상기 덮개내에 위치된 첫번째 및 두번째 직물층을 갖는 직물 재료, 탄성 물질이며, 시일링된 솔기를 형성하는 적어도 일부를 포함하는 상기 덮개, 상기 덮개의 마주하는 내부 표면에 결합되는 각기 상기 직물 표면, 상기 직물층이 선결된 거리를 넘은 또하나로부터 이동하는 것을 억제시키기 위한 상기 직물층 사이의 신축성 굴곡수단, 상기 직물층 사이을 뻗어나가는 다수의 섬유 가닥을 포함하고, 거기에 연결된 상기 신축성 굴곡 수단, 상기 섬유 가닥과 상기 직물층의 섬유 재료가 근본적으로 없는 상기 시일링된 솔기, 및 동일한 것을 가압하기위한 상기 덮개의 내부에 있는 가스에 의해 상기 섬유 가닥이 긴장상태에 놓여 상기 덮개위에서 압축 하중을 흡수하는 매체로서 작동하는 상기 가스와 편면상 구조내의 상기 덮개의 반대 표면을 유지시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 덮개가 비교적 높게 위치되고 원형 하중에 노출된, 신는것(footwear)에 이용되는 공간화된 내부 및 외부 표면을 갖는 내부 가압성 덮개.
- 구조의 기타 부분과 연결되어, 큰 분자 크기의 가스를 본질적으로 통과시키지 않고 산소에 대해서는 약간 통과시키는, 탄성물질로 이루어진, 최소한 하나의 가압화된 챔버를 한정하는 밀패 시일링된 덮개; 상기 챔버내에 있는 압축성 직물 구조(여기서 상기 압축성 직물구조는 직물화되거나 플란넬화되거나 벌킹된 얀 재료를 포함하고, 상기 압축성 직물구조는 상기 챔버와 함께 본질적으로 같은 넓이이며, 첫번째 직물층, 상기 첫번째층으로부터 정상적으로 공간화된 두번째 직물층을 포함한다). 선결된 거리보다 더 떨어져 있는 것으로부터 상기 직물층을 제한하기 위한 상기 직물의 일부를 형성하고 상기 층들사이에 위치된 압축성인 신축성 수단; 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 직물층과 상기 외부 커버링사이에서 본질적으로 연속 결합을 형성하기 위한 수단(상기 직물층들은 그러한 커버링을 통한 확산을 감소시키기위해 상기 외부 커버링내에 적어도 부분적으로 끼워져 있고, 상기 덮개는 최소한 하나의 솔기처리된 일부를 갖고, 상기 솔기처리된 부분에는 상기 압축성 직물 구조의 섬유 재료가 없다). 및 상기 챔버내에 있는 큰 분자크기의 비-극성 가스(상기 덮개는 적어도 21b/in2의 압력으로 가압되고, 그럼으로써 압축에 대한 상기 덮개의 본질적으로 모든 저항을 상기 챔버내에서 가스압에 의해 제공한다)를 포함하는 내부 가압된 덮개.

- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신축성 수단이 필라멘트성 물질이고 직물층이 필라멘트성 물질의 재료와는 상이한 물질인, 내부 가압성 덮개.
