제2도는 제1도의 2-2선 단면도인 동시에 회전자들과 축들에 대한 횡단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 회전자와 축중 회전자의 맞물리는 부분과 축의 전방부분을 도시한 것으로서 제1도와 유사하지만 부분적으로 크게 확대한 부분확대도.
Claims (3)
- 회전자하우징부(15)내에서 회전하게 설치되는 것으로 한쌍의 서로 맞물린 갈래진 회전자(21,23)와; 회전자(21,23)의 회전축에 동심적이고 다른 직경을 가지면서 축상 서로 이격된 다수의 구멍부(65,69)로 형성되어 상기 회전자(21,23)을 관통연장하는 계단식구멍과 : 축의 회전축에 동심적이고 서로 직경이 다르면서 축 상 이격되어 있으며, 상기 축을 상기 계단식구멍내로 가압삽입할때 상기 구멍부(65,69)들과 더불어 축상 서로 이격된 제1간섭결합부(65-67)와 제2간섭결합부(69-71)를 형성하는 다수의 축부(63,67,71)들로 구성되어 회전자(21,23)를 각기 지지하는 계단식으로된 축(25,27)과 : 축부(63,67,71)를 하나에 포함되는 것으로, 축(25,27)를 상기 계단식 구멍내로 가압삽입할때 상기 다수의 구멍부(65,69)중 하나의 표면을 변형시켜 상기 다수의 구멍부(65,69)중 하나에 대응 스플라인을 형성하게 작용할수 있는 재료로된 원주상 이격된 일조의 스플라인(73)들을 포함하는 형의 회전식 송풍기(11)에 있어서, 상기 계단식 축(25,27)에는 축(25,27)을 상기 계단식구멍내로 가압삽입할때의 축(25,27)의 이동방향상 전방부(30,63)가 형성되어있다는 점과, 상기 제1간섭결합부(65-67)는 계단식축(25,27)의 전방부(30,63)에 인접하게 배치된다는 점과, 축(25,27)의 전방부(30,63)에는 인접한 제1구멍부(65)에 대하여 밀간극을 형성하는 밀간극랜드(63)가 형성되어 있다는 점과 : 상기 계단식 축(25,27)중 전방부(30,63)에 형성되는 환상의 수집홈(75)은 밀간극랜드(63)와 간섭결합부(65-67,69-71)중 하나 사이에 축상 배치되며, 크기가 축(25,27)을 가압삽입할때 간섭결합부(65-67,69-71)중 하나의 구멍부로부터 제거된 물질을 수집할수 있는 크기로 되어 있다는 점과 : 밀간극랜드(63)에서 형성된 밀간극의 크기는 제거된 물질의 상기 수집홈(75)으로부터 밀간극랜드(63)를 빠져나가지 못하게 방지할만한 크기라는 점 등을 특징으로 하는 회전식 송풍기.
- 하우징내에서 회전하게 설치되는 서로 맞물리는 한쌍의 갈래진 회전자와 : 상기 회전자의 회전축에 동심적이고 다른 직경을 가지면서 축상 서로 이격된 다수의 구멍부로 형성되어 상기 회전자를 관통연장하는 계단식구멍과 : 축의 회전축에 동심적이고 서로 직경이 서로 다르면서 축상 이격되어 있으며, 상기 축을 상기 계단식 구멍내로 가압삽입할때 상기 구멍부들과 더불어 축상 서로 이격된 제1간섭결합부와 제2간섭결합부를 형성하는 축부들로 구성되는 축등을 포함하는 회전식 송풍기에 있어서, 상기 계단식축에는 이 축을 상기 계단식구멍내로 가압삽입할때 축의 이동방향상 전방부가 형성되어 있다는 점과 : 상기 계단식축중 상기 전방부에 인접하게 상기 간섭결합부들중 하나가 배치된다는 점과 : 상기 축의 전방부에는 인접한 구멍부에 대하여 밀간극을 형성하는 밀간극랜드가 형성되어 있다는 점과 : 상기 계단식축중 전방부에 형성되는 환상의 수집홈은 밀간극랜드와 간섭결합부들중 하나 사이에 축상 배치되며, 크기가 상기 계단식축을 상기 구멍내로 가압삽입할때 상기 간섭결합부들중 하나의 구멍부로부터 제거된 물질을 수집하는데 알맞은 크기로 되어 있다는 점과 : 상기 밀간극랜드에 의해서 형성되는 밀간극은 제거된 물질이 상기 수집홈으로부터 나와서 밀간극랜드를 통과하지 못하게 방지할 정도의 크기라는 점을 특징으로 하는 회전식 송풍기.
- 하우징내에서 회전하게 설치되는 것으로 한쌍의 서로 맞물린 갈래진 회전자와 : 회전자의 회전축에 동심적이고 다른 직경을 가지면서 축상 서로 이격된 다수의 구멍부로 형성되어 상기 회전자들을 관통연장하는 계단식구멍과 : 상기 회전자들을 각기 지지하는 것으로서 계단식으로 되어 있고, 축의 회전축에 동심적이고, 서로 다른 직경을 가지면서 축을 상기 계단식구멍내로 가압삽입할때 상기 구멍부들과 더불어 간섭결합부를 형성하게 되어있는 축상 서로 이격된 축부들로 구성된 축과 : 상기 축을 상기 계단식구멍내로 가압삽입할때 축부와 상기 구멍부들에 의해 형성되는 축상 서로 이격된 제1간섭결합부 및 제2간섭결합부와 : 상기 축부에 포함되는 것으로서, 상기 축을 상기 계단식구멍내로 가압삽입할때 구멍부의 표면을 변형시켜 구멍부에 대응 스플라인을 형성할수 있게 작용할수 있는 재료로된 원주상 이격된 일조의 스플라인들등으로 구성된 회전식 송풍기에 있어서, 상기 계단식축에는 이축을 계단식 구멍내로 가압삽입할때 축의 이동방향상 전방부가 형성되어 있다는 점과 : 상기 간섭결합부는 계단식 축의 상기 전방부에 인접배치된다는 점과 : 상기 축의 전방부에는 인접한 구멍부에 대하여 밀간극을 형성하는 밀간극랜드가 형성되어 있다는 점과 : 상기 계단식축의 전방부에는 추가적으로 환상의 수집홈이 상기 밀간극랜드와 간섭결합부 사이에 축상 형성 배치되어 있고, 이 수집홈은 상기 계단식축을 상기 구멍내로 가압삽입할때 간섭결합부중 구멍부로부터 제거된 물질을 수집할만한 크기로 되어 있다는 점과 : 밀간극랜드에 의해 형성되는 상기 밀간극은 제거된 물질이 상기 수집홈으로부터 빠져 나와서 밀간극랜드를 통과하지 못하게 방지할만한 크기로 되어 있다는 점을 특징으로 하는 회전식 송풍기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
