Claims (26)

  1. a)4-아로일이미다졸-2-온 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염의 유효량 및 b)1종 이상의 제약상 허용되는 비이온계 계면활성제가 조성물의 약 30내지 약 99중량%의 양으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 제약 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온계 계면활성제 이외의 제약상 허용되는 부형제 1종 이상을 총량이 최대로 조성물의 약45중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 4-아로일이미다졸-2-온이 1,3-디히드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]2H-이미다졸-2-온인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 4-아로일이미다졸-2-온이 1,3-디히드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]2H-이미다졸-2-온인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 비이온계 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 지방산 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 비이온계 계면활성제가 Polysorbate80인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, Polysorbate80의 양이 조성물의 약 55내지 약 75중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, Polysorbate80의 양이 조성물의 약 60내지 약70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, Polysorbate80의 양이 조성물의 약 66중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제7,8 또는 9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제약상 허용되는 캡슐의 단위 투여 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 연질 젤라틴 캡슐의 단위 투여 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 경질 젤라틴 캡슐의 단위 투여 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약 12.5mg을 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약 25mg함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약37.5mg을 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약50mg을 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  17. 제 10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약75mg을 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약100mg을 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  19. 제10항에 있어서, 캡슐에 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온 약150mg을 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  20. a)4-아로일이미다졸-2-온 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염의 유효량 및 b)조성물의 약30내지 약 99중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 제약상 서용되는 비이온계 계면활성제를 혼합시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액체 제약 조성물의 제조방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 추가로 비이온계 계면활성제 이외의 제약상 허용되는 부형제 1종 이상을 최대로 조성물의 약45중량%의 총량으로 혼합시키는 것으로 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 4-아로일이미다졸-2-온이 1,3-디하드로-4-메틸-5-[4-(메틸티오)-벤조일]-2H-이미다졸-2-온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 비이온계 계면활성제가 polysorbate 80인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, polysorbate 80인 양의 조성물의 약55내지 약75중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, polysorbate 80인 양이 조성물의 약60내지 약70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, polysorbate 80인 양이 조성물의 약66중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
