Claims (26)

  1. 아스피린 혼합물이 캡슐에 분말 또는 과립화된 물질로 존재하는 적어도 하나 알카리 정제와 아스피린 혼합물을 혼합시킨 단위 투여량 형태 캡슐.
  2. 언급한 알카리 정제가 210 N 내지 245 N 범위 두께를 갖는 청구범위 1에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
  3. 언급한 알카리 정제가 스페로이드 또는 근접 스페로이드 형태인 청구범위 2에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
  4. 아스피린이 언급한 캡슐에 캡슐당 160mg내지 650mg의 범위로 존재하는 청구범위 2에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
  5. 캡슐에 포함된 알카리성 물질의 양이 캡슐에 포함된 아스피린의 전체 중량에 기준해서 약 20%내지 150%인 청구범위 4에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.

  12. 캡슐에 포함된 알카리 물질의 양이 캡슐에 포함돤 아스피린의 전체 중량에 기준해서 약 20%내지 150%사이인 청구범위 11에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
  13. 캡슐에서 아스피린의 중량에 기준해서 언급한 알카리 물질이
    (a) 5%내지 20%칼슘 카본에이트;
    (b) 2%내지 10%마그네슘 카본에이트
    (c) 2내지 20%마그네슘 옥시 성분으로 구성되는 청구범위 12에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
  14. 언급한 아스피린이 언급한 캡슐에서 약 400mg내지 650mg의 범위로 존재하는 청구범위 11에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
  15. 캡슐에 포함된 알카리성 물질의 양이 언급한 캡슐에서 아스피린의 전체중량에 기준해서 중량 20%내지 150%인 청구범위 14에 따른 단위 투여량 형태.
