Claims (9)

  1. 상기 물질은, 정방형 결정 구조를 갖고 또한 이론적 성분비 Nd2Fe14C로부터 다르지 않거나 또는 거의 다르지 않은 성분비를 갖는 재결정 어닐드 주물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 희귀금속, 철 및 탄소를 포함하는 강자성체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 전체 성분비로 계산하여 상기 강자성체에 존재하는 철의 최대 6원자 퍼센트가 코발트로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 이론적 성분비로부터 네이디뮴 및 탄소의 성분비의 정 편차가 20퍼센트를 넘지 않고, 철의 정 편차가 15퍼센트를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 이론적 성분비로부터 네이디뮴 및 탄소의 성분비의 정 편차가 20퍼센트를 넘지 않고, 철 및 코발트의 정 편차가 15퍼센트를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 격자상수가 A=8.814Å과 C=12.015Å에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체.
  6. 네오디뮴, 철 및 탄소를 포함하는 강자성체의 제조방법에 있어서, 시료물질인 네오디뮴, 철 및, 탄소가 이론적 비율 Nd2Fe14C로부터 거의 다르지 않은 량으로 함께 용융되고, 몰드내에서 주조되고, 그 후에 상기 주물은 섭씨 840도 내지 890도 사이에서 재결정 어닐링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체의 제조방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 섭씨 850도 내지 880도 사이에서 어닐링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체의 제조방법.
  8. 네이디뮴, 철, 코발트 및 탄소를 포함하는 강자성체의 제조방법에 있어서, 시료물질인 네오디뮴, 철, 코발트 및 탄소가 이론적 비율 Nd2Fe14-xCoCx(X<1.02일 때)로부터 거의 다르지 않은 량으로 함께 용융되고, 몰드내에서 주조되고, 그후에 그 주물은 대략 섭씨 850도에서 재결정 어닐링 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성체의 제조방법.
  9. 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 강자성체를 포함하는 자성 주물 및/ 또는 제 6항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법에 의하여 얻어진 자성 주물.
