제1도는 왼편반쪽 및 오른편 반쪽이 본 발명에 따른 드럼 브레이크의 구조에 대한 2개의 다른 형상을 도시하고 있는 평면도;
제2a도 및 제2b도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따라서 제1도의 왼편에 도시된 브레이크 슈우(brake shone)의 상부끝을 배척으로 도시한 평면도들로서, 제2a도에서는 정사의 브레이크 작용동안에 차지하는 위치에서, 제2b도에서는 과대한 브레이크 작용동안에 차지하는 위치에서 브레이크와 다른 구성부분들을 각각 도시하고 있으며;
제3도는 제2a도 및 제2b도에 도시된 실시예의 경우에 제1도의 선III-III에 따른 단면도;
제4a도 및 제4b도는 제2a도 및 제2b도와 비교되는 배척으로 각각 정상 브레이크 작용인 경우와 과대한 브레이크 작용인 경우에 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 브레이크의 따른 구성부분들을 도시하고 있는 평면도들; 및 제5도는 제4a도 및 제4b도에 도시된 실시예의 경우에 제3도와 비교되는 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 슈우들의 2개의 인접끝들 사이에 끼워진 브레이크 모우터(22)에 의하여 회전드럼(20)과 접촉되기에 적합한 마찰부재(16,18)들을 지지하는 2개의 브레이크 슈우(12,14)들상에 미끄럼운동 가능하게 장착된 유지플레이트(10), 브레이크 모우터의 부근에서의 슈우들 사이에 끼워진 가변성 길이의 스페이서(40), 브레이크의 작동이 슈우들의 상기 끝들을 설정된 작동 간극을 초과하는 범위로 떨어지도록 운동시킬때 스페이서의 신장을 일으키는 자동조정부재(40c,40d), 및 스페이서에 대항하여 슈우들을 가압하는 제1탄성부재(30)를 포함하고 있으며, 제1슈우(12,14)는 피버트핀(48,36)에 의하여 브레이크 모우터(22) 및 스페이서(40)가 상기 제1탄성부재(30)의 작용을 통하여 정상으로 지탱하고 있는 레버(46,34)를 지지하며, 제2탄성부재(50,42)는 제1슈우에 대항하여 맞닿음 상태로 레버(46,34)를 유지하려고 하는 힘을 레버에 작용시키기 위하여 제 1 슈우에 대항하여 지탱하고 있으며, 레버의 피스트핀(48,36)에 관하여 이러한 힘의 모멘트는 브레이크 모우터(22)에 의하여 레버상에 발취되는 힘의 모멘트와 반대로 있으며 그러한 모멘트의 한계치를 결정하고, 그 한계치를 넘으면 브레이크 모우터의 작동은 다른 슈우(14,12)쪽으로 레버(46,34)의 선회작용을 일으키며 그로인하여 자동조정부재(40c,40d)를 중립화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 자동조정 드럽 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1슈우상에서의 레버(46,34)의 퍼버트 핀(48,36)축선은 브레이크 모우터(22)의 축선을 포함하는 평면에 위치되며, 브레이크 모우터는 레버상에 형성되어 있으며 스페이서(40)에 관하여 상기 평면의 다른쪽상에 위치된 돌출부(48a,36a)에 대항하여 지탱하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 자동조정그럼 브레이트.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 브레이크 모우터(22) 및 제2탄성부재(50)는 레버(46)의 반대편끝들에 대항하여 지탱하고 있으며, 레버(46)는 브레이크 모우터(22)의 부근에서의 제1슈우(12)상에서 선회하는 것을 특징으로하는 자동조정그럼 브레이트.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 선회하는 레버는 브레이크 모우터(22)의 부근에서의 제1슈우(14)상에서 선회하는 핸드 브레이크레버(34)이며, 제2탄성부재(42)는 핸드 브레이크 레버에 대항하여 맞닿음 상태로 스페이셔(40)를 영구적으로 유지하기 위하여 스페이서와 제1슈우(14)사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로하는 자동조정그럼 브레이트.
