Claims (16)

  1. 열가소성 샌드위치 구조물에 있어서, 적어도 그것의 한표면에 접착된 직물을 강화하는 폴리에테르이미드 또는 폴리탄산 에스테르 박판을 가진 적어도 한층의 열가소성 합성 포말로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 열 가소성 샌드위치 구조물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 포말을 박판의 양면에 입힌것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 양면에서 상기 열가소성 합성포말층을 가진 합성중합체 물질로 강화된 직물 코어층을 가지고 있고, 상기 코어층은 박판으로 강화된 상기 직물의 양표면에 입힌것을 특징으로하는 샌뒤위치 구조물.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서, 합성물질로 강화된 상기 직물은 폴리에테르이미드로 강화된 직물가 폴리탄산에스테르로 강화된 직물로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 5항에 있어서, 합성포말이 폴리메타그릴이미드 포말인 것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에 있어서, 합성포말이 폴리에테르이미드인것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 박판으로 강화된 직물이 폴리에테르이미드인것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 방향족 폴리아미드 직물, 유리직물과 탄소직물 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항에 있어서, 코어층에 있는 직물과 박판으로 강화된 상기 직물은 각각 독립적으로 방향족 폴리아미드 직물, 유리직물 및 탄소직물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  10. 열가소성 샌드위치 구조물에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 폴리메타크릴미이드 포말 코어층, 또는 적어도 그것의 한 표면에 접착된 폴리에테르이미드 또는 폴리탄산에스테르 박판으로 강화된 직물과 폴리에테르 이미드로 이루어져 있고, 상기 직물은 유리직물, 탄소직물 및 방향족 폴리아미드 직물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성 샌드위치 구조물.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 코어층은 유리직물, 탄소직물 및 방향족 폴리아미드 직물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 직물을 강화하는 열가소성 합성중합체 물질로 되어 있고, 그것의 양표면에는 폴리메타크릴이미드 또는 폴리에테르이미드 포말을 입힌것을 특징으로하는 샌드위치 구조물.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항에 따른 열가소성 샌드위치 구조물을 만드는 방법에 있어서, 얕은 홈이 형성 또는 비형성된 열가소성 합성포말 박판의 표면에 미리 합성수지를 먹인 직물 매트를 압력이 가해지는 상태에 열적으로 접착시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 포말과 직물 매트사이에 플라스틱 박판을 붙이는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  14. 제11 또는 제12항에 있어서, 직물매트에 박판을 만드는 합성물질을 침투시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  15. 제102 내지 제14항에 있어서, 접착은 플라스틱 박판의 포말 및/또는 합성물질에 대해 연화제를 같이 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  16. 항공 및 우주공업기술, 자동차 및 조선공업용 컴포넌트 부분풍에 있어서, 패널, 컨테이너, 판금, 의자 부분품 및 날개 같은 것을 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항에서 주장하는 샌드위치 구조물로 전체적 도는 부분적으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로하는 컴포넌트 부분품.
