제 2 도는 주요 성분 저장기 및 생성물 건조단계와 3개의 평행한 흡착 베드를 이용한 본 발명의 따른 구체화의 개요도이다.

Claims (28)

  1. 다수의 평행흡착 베드를 사용하여 주요성분을 함유하는 기체혼합물로부터 높은 순도 및 더욱 큰 선택도로 흡착된 주요성분과 하나 또는 그 이상으로 적온선택성으로 흡착된 이온성분을 산출하는 공정에 있어서 ; (a)진공화된 평행베드의 유출단부에 제 1흡착베드의 유출단부를 연결시켜 제1흡착베드의 공급단부를 지나 상기 기체혼합물을 통과시켜 상기 주요성분을 제 1 흡착베드상에 선택적으로 흡착시키고 하나 또는 그 이상의 제2성분을 상기 제 1 베드에 통과시키고 ; (b)상기 제 1베드를 고순도의 주요성분으로 병류세정하여 모든 공동-흡착된 제 2성분을 제거하여 상기 베드로부터 제 2성분의 공간을 비우고 ; (c)하나 또는 그 이상의 단계에서 준 대기압으로 감압하여 상기 제 1베드를 역류탈착시켜 단계(b)의 상기 다수단 이외에서 세정기체와 고순도 주요성분 생성물을 회수하고 (d)단계 (c)마지막의 준 대기압하의 제 1베드의 유출단부를 단계(a)의 흡착이 실시되는 다수의 다른 베드유출단부와 연결하여 상기 제1베드를 역류재가압하고 ; (e)이러한 일련의 단계를 다수의 베드로연결시켜 고순도 주요성분을 생성하는 연속공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 작동하는 하나의 베드로 부터 회수되는 세정기체가 단계(b)에서 작용하는 다른 베드의 세정기체로 직접 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(c)가 2단계를 포함하는데, 제1단계를 흡착된 기체가 평행베드를 세정하는데 사용되는 주위압력에서 끝나고 제 2 단계는 탈착된 기체가 주요성분생성물인 상기 준대기압에서 끝나는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 기체 혼합물에 함유된 모든 물과 이산화탄소가 상기 다수베드의 흡착제의 초기부에 흡착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 각각의 흡착베드가 유출단에 근접한 초기부내의 물과 이산화탄소를 선택적인 흡착제와 베드의 잔류부에 있는 주요성분에 선택적인 흡착제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(d)재가압에서 작동하는 베드가 약14.7psia의 압력으로 재가압 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)주입이 약12.7psia와 약 14.7psia사이의 다양한 입력으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)의 진공화가 약50-250Torr의 압력으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 주요성분의 순도가 95%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 주요성분의 순도가 약99.9%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 4개의 평행베드가 사용되는 공정.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 회수되는 주요성분이 주요성분 저장용기로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, (a)주입, (b)세정, (c)탈착 및 (d)재가압 단계 각각은 동일시간으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 휴지단계를 상기 제1베드가 활성 가동되지 않는 재가압 단계후에 수반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 3개의 평행베드가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, (a)주입단계 및(b)세정단계의 총시간은 (c)탈착단계와 동일하며, (d)로 재가압 및 휴지 단계의 총시간은 (c)탈착단계동일한것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, (c)탈착단계에 회수되는 주요성분은 주요성분 저장용기에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, (a)단계중의 상기 제1베드를 통과하는 이차성분분액은 제2성분 생성물로서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.

  24. 제1항에 있어서, 주요성분은 이산화탄소이고, 흡착제는 소디움 X제오랄이트인것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 주요성분은 일산화탄소이고 흡착제는 칼슘 5A제올라이트인것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  26. 제1항에 있어서, 주요성분은 저급알킬이고, 흡착제는 소디움 X제올라이트 또는 활성탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정
  27. 제1항에 있어서, 질소가 주요성분이고, 흡착제는 칼슘 X제올라이트인것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
