Description

마늘 절단기
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도.
제2도는 작동시 열어놓은 상태도.
제3도는 작동시 결합상태도.
본 고안 (마늘 절단기)을 구성함에 있어 작은 마늘을 손으로 잡고 여러번 칼질을 하여 써는 번고로움을 없애고 다량의 마늘을 칼날위에 놓고 누름판으로 눌러 한번의 동작으로 빠른 시간에 다량의 마늘를 여러등분으로 절단하므로 시간과 경비, 적은 마늘을 써는데 번거로움을 해결하는데 주안점을 두었다.
제1도는 고안의 사시도로서 칼날(3)위에 마늘을 올려 놓고 손잡이(1)를 아래 방향으로 갑볍게 누르면 누름발(2)가 마늘을 눌러주면 칼날(3)에서 마늘이 절단되면서 접시판(5)위에 떨어진다.
도면중 제2도는 절단 작동시 마늘을 삽입하기 위하여 손잡이 부분을 위로 들어올려 놓은 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
손잡이(1)를 위로 올리고 칼날(3)위에 마늘을 삽입하게 되어 있다.
도면중 제3도는 칼날(3)위에 삽입된 마늘을 눌름발(2)가 눌러 칼날(3)에서 마늘을 절단시키고 눌름발(2)끝이 칼날 아래 부분까지 완전히 통과 되었을때 결합된 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전센터(4)의 핀을 구하고 여러개의 칼날(3)을 설치하여 놓고 상대적으로 눌름발(2)을 설치하고 허리부분을 성형시켜 접시판(5)을 허리부분과 연결하여 절단된 마늘(생강, 파, 절단식품류등)을 접시판으로 받게 설치하여 놓고 손잡이(1)을 눌러 한번의 동작으로 다량의 마늘을 여러등분 할수 있게 갖춘 마늘 절단기.
