Claims (4)

  1. 대상이 정당하게 복사되는지 여부를 판정하는 부정복사판 정수단(1)과, 소정의 확률로, 또는 그 확률이하로 일정한 사상(事象)을 발생시키는 사상발생수단(2) 및, 상기 부복사판정수단(1)이 부정복사를 발견하면서 상기 사상발생수단(2)이 상기 사상을 발생시킨 경우에만 소정의 이상동작이 이루어지는 이상동작발생수단(3)을 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복사방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 수단의 적어도 1수단이 컴퓨터의 소프트웨어에 의해 실현되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복사방지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이상동작발생수단(3)이 부정복사의 발견 및 상기 사상의 발생이 있는 시점에서는 상기 이상동작을 사용자가 몰래 감춰서 늦은 시기에 알 수 있게 함으로 사용자에 의한 상기 이상동작의 발생시점의 파악이 곤란하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 복사방지장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대상은 특정의 반도체회로이고, 이 특정의 반도체회로와 더불어 형성된 반도체 회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복사방지장치.
