Claims (15)
- 지방족 이소시아네이트 성분 및 폴리올 성분을 포함하는 반응혼합물을 지지체에 반응적으로 구조(casting)시키거나 반응적으로 분무시킨 다음, 이 지지체상의 층을 중합반응시킴으로써 광학적 특성이 우수한 폴리우레탄 층을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중합반응 사이클이 층을 하나 이상의 3급-아민을 함유하는 촉매적 대기를 통과시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매적 대기가 대기의 총 용량에 대한 기체상 아민의 용량으로 나타내어 0.1용량% 이상의 3급-아민을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 층을 촉매적 대기를 통과시키는 동안 80℃이상의 온도로 가온하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층을 형성시키기 위해 반응혼합물을 침착시킨 이후 0 내지 15분의 시간내에 층을 촉매적 대기에 통과시키는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 층이 형성된 후에 즉시 층을 대기중에 통과시키는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 층을 촉매적 대기중에서 형성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉매적 대기가 80℃이상의 온도인 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉매적 대기를 3급-아민으로 포화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8중 어느 한항에 있어서, 3급-아민을 트리에틸 아민, 메틸디에틸 아민, 디메틸 에틸 아민, 트리메틸 아민, 또는 치환된 아민중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 층을 형성하기 위해 주조하거나 분무시킨 반응 혼합물이 촉매를 함유하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매가 주석 촉매인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매가 중합반응을 위한 촉매적 대기를 형성하기 위하여 증발될 수 있는 3급-아민인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에서 수득한 층을 액체 또는 기체상 물로 처리하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법을 두께가 0.1mm이상인 층에 적용시키는 방법.
- 반응성 주조 또는 반응성 분무를 위한 지지체층을 형성시키는데 적합한 반응혼합물을 지지체로 옮기는 수단: 및 3급-아민을 함유하는 대기가 제공된, 지지체가 이동하는 중합반응 턴넬(tunnel)을 포함함을 특징으로하는, 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
