Claims (18)

  1. 하기 A-E를 연속적으로 포함하는 화학발광장치 :
    A. 액상-흡착물품(lipuid-absorbent article)을 수용할 수 있는 성형공동(cavity)을 그 안에 가지며 투명 또는 불투명한 첫번째 중합체시이트, B. 본질적으로 상기 공동과 동일한 형태이며, 유리 또는 폴리에스르나 폴리올레핀 섬유로 만들어진 부직(non-woven), 액상-흡착물품, C. 두번째 성분과 혼합되었을때, 화학발광광을 제공할 수 있는 화학발광광 조성물의 첫번째 액체성분을 함유하는 첫번째 밀폐된 깨지기 쉬운 리셉터클. D. 상기 첫번째 밀폐된 리셉터클의 바깥에 있는 화학 발광광 조성물의 두번째 액체성분, 및 E. 상기 첫번째 중합체 시이트의 외면에 대해 그의 외면 둘레에서 밀폐된 두번째 중합체 시이트, 여기서, 상기 액상-흡착물품은 i) 본질적으로 상기 화학발광광 조성물의 완전한 부피를 흡착시키고 보유할 수 있으며 그럼으로써 물품의 본질적으로 완전한 포화를 야기시키고 ; ii) 그렇게함으로써 흡착되고 난 후 상기 조성물의 첫번째와 두번째 성분을 혼합시킬 수 있고, iii) 그의 넓은 표면을 가로질러 균일한 밀도를 가지며 ; iv) 상기 조성물 및 상기 첫번째와 두번째 성분에 대해 불활성이며 ; v) 상기 장치내에서 사용될때는 본질적으로 비-변형성이며 ; vi) 함께 혼합했을때나 단독으로, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째성분을 본질적으로 즉시 흡착시킬 수 있으며 ; vii) 상기 화학발광 조성물이 본질적으로 완전히 포화되었을때는 불투명하다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 물품이 폴리에틸렌으로부터 만들어진 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이 다공성인 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 물품이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜테르프탈레이트로부터 만들어진 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직 물품이 유리 섬유로부터 만들어진 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 중합체 시이트가 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 구성된 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동이 하트모양인 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동이 화살모양인 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 성분이 옥살레이트의 용액인 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두번째 성분이 과산화수소의 용액인 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 F. 상기 첫번째 리셉터클과 접촉되어 있고 상기 두번째 액체 성분을 함유하는 두번째, 밀폐된 파열가능한 리셉타클이 포함된 장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 리셉터클이 파우치의 형태인 장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두번째 액체성분이 상기 물품상에 흡착되는 장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 리셉터클이 유리앰풀의 형태인 장치.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 두번째 립셉터클이 유리앰풀의 형태인 장치.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 리셉터클들이 모두 유리 앰풀의 형태인 장치.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 립셉터클들이 파우치(pouch)내에 포장된 장치.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 유리앰풀들이 파우치내에 포장된 장치.
