Claims (19)
- 소수성다공질 중공사막(中空 膜)의 적어도 내면 및 공내면(孔內面)에 친수성화합물이 γ선에 의해 크레프트시켜되는 친수성박층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정용 중공사막.
- 1항에 있어서, 친수성화합물이 글리세린인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세점용 중공사막.
- 1항에 있어서, 소수성다공질 중공사막이 폴리올레핀계, 폴리에틸렌계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리우레탄계, 폴리(메타)아크릴계, 폴리(메타)아크릴로니트릴계, 폴리슬폰계, 폴리염화비닐계 및 이들의 폴리마-혼합물로 되는 그룹에서 선택된 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정용 중공사막.
- 3항에 있어서, 소수성다공질 중공사막이 폴리프로피렌으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정용 중공사막.
- 1항에 있어서, 내경이 100-500μm, 두께가 5-30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정용 중공사막.
- 1항에 있어서, 평균공공경(平均空孔徑)이 0.01-6.5μm이며, 공공율이 30-70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정용 중공사막.
- 하우징 내에, 소수성다공질 중공사막의 적어도 내면 및 공내면에 친수성화합물이 γ선에 의해 크래프트된 친수성박층이 형성되어 있는 혈액세정용 중공사막을 다수 배설하고, 당해 중공사막의 내부공간을 하우징에 설한 혈액도입구 및 혈액도출구로 연통시키고, 한편 하우징 내주면과 상기 다공질 중공사막의 외면으로 형성되는 공간에는 하우징에 설한 세정액 유입구 및 세정액 유출구를 연통시켜되는 혈액세정장치.
- 7항에 있어서, γ선 멸균되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정장치.
- 7항에 있어서, 친수성화합물이 글리세린인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정장치.
- 7항에 있어서, 소수성다공질 중공사막이 폴리오레핀계, 폴리에스테르계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리우레탄계, 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트계, 폴리(메타)아크릴로니트릴계, 폴리슬폰계, 폴리염화비닐계 및 이들의 중합체-혼합물로되는 그룹에서 선택된 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정장치.
- 10항에 있어서, 소수성다공질 중공사막이 폴리프로피렌으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정장치.
- 7항에 있어서, 혈액세정용 중공사막의 내경이 100-500μm 두께가 5-30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정장치.
- 7항에 있어서, 혈액세정용 중공사막의 평균공공경이 0.01-6.5μm이며, 공공율이 30-75%인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액세정장치.
- 하우징내에 다공질 중공사막을 다수 배설하고, 당해 중공사막 내부공간을 하우징에 설해진 제 1유체 도입구 및 도출구로 연통시켜 제 1유체 유통공간을 형성하고, 한편 하우징의 내주면과 상기 다공질 중공사막의 외면으로 둘러싸인 공간에는 하우징에 설해진 제 2유체도입구 및 도출구를 연통시켜 상기 제 1유체유통공간과는 구획된 제 2유체유통공간을 형성하여 되는 혈액세정장치를 복수개 이용하여, 각각의 혈액세정장치의 제 1유체유통공간 또는 제 2유체유통공간중 어느것을 직렬적으로 접속하여 혈액유로를 형성하고, 그연속하는 혈액유로를 대략 직선적으로 배치하여 세정될 혈액을 송통하고, 한편 각각 독립한 복수의 제 2유체유통공간 또는 제 1 유체유통공간에는 각각 이종(異種)의 또는 동종(同種)의 세정액을 송통하여, 여러단계에 걸친 세정조작을 연속적으로 행함을 특징으로 하는 냉동보존혈액세정방법.
- 14항에 있어서, 혈액을 중력방향으로 송통시키는 것을 특징으로하는 냉동보존혈액세정방법.
- 14항에 있어서, 혈액을 중력방향과 반대방향으로 송통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동보존혈액의 세정방법.
- 14항에 있어서, 혈액세정장치내에 배설되는 다공질 중공사막은, 소수성다공질중공사막의 최소내면 및 공내면에 친수성화합물이 γ선에 의해 크래프트된 친수성박층이 형성되어있음을 특징으로 하는 냉동보존혈액의 세정방법.
- 하우징내에 다공질 중공사막을 다수 배설하고, 당해 중공사막 내부공간을 하우징에 설해진 제 1유체 도입구 및 도출구로 연통시켜 제 1유체 유통공간을 형성하고, 한편 하우징내주면과 상기 다공질중공사막의 외면으로 둘러싸인 공간에는 하우징에 설해진 제 2유체도입구 및 도출구를 연통시켜 상기 제 1유체유통공간과는 구획된 제2유체유통공간을 형성하여서되는 혈액세정장치를 복수개 이용하여, 각각의 혈액 세정장치의 제1유체 유통공간 또는 제 2유체유통공간의 어느것을 직렬적으로 접속하여 혈액유로를 형성하고, 그연속하는 혈액유로에 있어서, 당해 혈액유로의 일부를 구성하는 복수의 혈액세정장치의 제 1 유체유통공간 또는 제 2유체유통공간의 몇몇을 중력방향으로 또한 나머지 몇몇을 중력반대방향으로 배치하여, 당해 혈액유로에 세정될 혈액을 송통하고, 한편 각각 독립한 복수의 제 2유체유통공간 또는 제 1유체유통공간에는 각각 이종 또는 동종의 세정액을 송통하여, 여러단계에 걸친 세정조작을 연속적으로 행함을 특징으로 하는 냉동보존혈액의 세정방법.
