Claims (1)
- 균질화된 시판 순두부 55-80부에 유당 또는 말토덱스트린 5-15부를 혼합 재 균질화하고 이에 살균 균질화된 전란액을 10-20부 혼합한 다음 일정량씩 예냉 후 동결 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 순두부의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
