Description

매우 높은 기계적 특성을 갖는 고비중 텅스텐-니켈-철합금과 상기 합금의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도와 제2도는 각각 1100MPa와 1540MPa와 1850MPa의 극히 높은 인장강도를 갖는 시편의 횡단면을 200배 확대한 구조를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)

15.6 내지 18의 비중을 가지며 α상를 구성하는 구상형태로 80 내지 99중량%의 텅스텐과상을 구성하고 결합기능을 수행하며 Ni/Fe의 중량비가 2이상인 니켈과 철을 함유하며 선택적으로 몰리브덴, 티타늄, 알루미늄, 망간, 코발트 및 레늄을 함유하는 매우 높은 기계적 특성을 갖는 고비중 합금에 있어서, 텅스텐 α상은 0.01내지 1㎛의 전위셀을 갖는 나비날개 형상이고 결합상은 15㎛이하의 평균자유경로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비중 합금.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 α상은 방향〈110〉의 섬유조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비중합금.
제1항에 있어서, 1500MPa이상의 극한 인장강도에 대하여 상기 α상은 폴리고니제이션 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비중합금.
제1항에 있어서, 상기상은 α상의 구상인접 부금에서 편석망을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고비중 합금.
-1 내지 15㎛의 휘서지름을 갖는 각 원소의 분말을 사용하는 단계와
-상기 분말은 요구합금의 성분비율에 따라 혼합하는 단계와
-상기 분말을 치밀한 물품으로 압축하는 단계와
-상기 치밀한 물품을 1490 내지 1650℃에서 2내지 5시간동안 소결하는 단계와
-상기 소결된 치밀한 물품을 1000내지 1300℃에서 진공하에 처리하는 단계와
-적어도 한번의 가공을 받는 단계
로 구성되는 제1항에 따른 합금의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 치밀한 물품을 진공하에 처리한 후에 뒤에 열처리가 수반되는 적어도 3사이클을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 제조방법.
제5항에 있어서, 첫번째 2사이클 과정에서 가공도는 그뒤의 사이클 과정보다 적고 열처리 온도는 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 제조방법.
제6항에 있어서, 4사이클 과정에서 상기 가공은 적어도 두번의 통과를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금의 제조방법.
