Claims (8)

  1. 촉진제가 아연염이고, 촉진제를 액체 담체에서 용액형태로 플라스티졸에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는, 가열할 때 분해하는 질소-주재 팽창제와 이 팽창제의 분해 온도를 낮게하는 촉진제인 아연 화합물을 함유하는 세포 생성물을 제조할 수 있는 팽창성 비닐 플라스티졸의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 팽창제가 아조디카본 아미드임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아연염이 염화아연임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화아연을 수용액 형태로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창성 플라 스티졸이 염화 비닐을 주재로한 수지로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 팽창성 플라스티졸이 염화 비닐과 초산 비닐의 공중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올을 부가적으로 플라스티졸에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리올을 글리세롤, 비스트리메틸올프로판과 이의 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
