Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 유효량의 프탈이미드 화합물 또는 이들의 이성체 혼합물과 이들의 혼합물, 및 에르고스테롤 생합성 억제 살균제로 종자들을 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 하나 이상의 에르고스테롤 생합성 억제 살균재(들)로 처리된 종자를 안전하게 하는 방법 :
    여기에서 W는 수소 또는 알킬 C1-X4이고 ; X 및 X1는 각각 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 C1-C4,CF3, 알콕시(C1-C4), 벤질옥시, 디(C1-C4)알킬아미노, C1-C4알킬티오, 히드록시, C1-C4알킬설포닐, 알카노일아미노 C1-C4또는 니트로를 나타내고 ; Y는 -COOR3, -CONHR5,-CONR3R4,-CONHN(R5)2,-CONHN+(R6)3할로겐화물-, -CN 또는 COR7이고, 단, X 및 X'중 적어도 하나는 수소이외의 치환제이며 ; R1및 R2는 각각 알킬 C1-C4를 나타내거나 또는 그들이 부착된 탄소와 함께 결합된 경우 메틸로 임의 치환된 시클로알킬 C4-C11를 형성하고 ; R3및 R4는 각각 수소 또는 알킬 C1-C4를 나타내고 ; R5및 R6는 각각 알킬 C1-C2를 나타내며 ; R7은 할로겐이고 R8는 -CH3또는
    (여기에서 Z 및 Z'는 수소,할로겐,알킬 C1-C2-CF3, 또는 -OCH3)이며, ===는 단일 또는 이중결합이다.(단, 여기에서는 단지 0 또는 1개의 이중결합임)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 살균제가 아마잘린, 트리아디메톤, 트리아디레놀 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프탈이미드의 Y가 CONR3R 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프탈이미드가 1-(3-클로로프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드, 1-(3-클로로프탈이미도)시클로펜탄카르복사미드, 1-(4-클로로프탈이미도)-시클로 헥산카르복시이드,1-(4-메틸프탈이미도)-1-시클로헥산카르복사미드, 1-(3, 4, 5, 6-테트라히프로파탈이미도)-1-시클로헥산카르복사미드,-이소부틸-메틸-(3-클로로프탈아미도)아세트 아미드, 1-(3-트리플루오로메틸프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드 또는 1-(3,5-디클로로프탈아키도)-1-시클로헥산카르복사미드인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 살균제가 트리아디메놀인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프탈아미드 화합물이 1-(3-클로로프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드인 방법.
  7. 유효량의 하나 이상의 에르고스테롤 생합성 억제살균제 화합물과 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 유효량의 프탈이미드 화합물 또는 이들의 이성체 혼합물 및 이들의 혼합물, 살균제 ; 및 담체 또는 이들의 회석제를 포함하는, 종자를 처리하기 위한 안전회된 살균제 조성물 ;
    여기에서 W는 수소 또는 알킬 C1-X4이고 ; X 및 X1는 각각 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 C1-C4, CF3, 알콕시(C1-C4)벤질옥시, 디(C1-C4)알킬아미노, C1-C4알킬티오, 히드록시, C1-C4알킬설포닐, 알카노일아미노 C1-C4또는 니트로를 나타내고 ; Y는 -COOR3,-CONHR8,-CONR3R4,-CONHN(5)2-CONHN+(R6)3할로겐화물-,-CN 또는 COR7이고 단, X및 X'중 적어도 하나는 수소이외의 치환제이며 ; R1및 R2는 각각 알킬 C1-C4를 나타내거나 또는 그들이 부착된 탄소와 함께 결합된 경우 메틸로 임의 치환된 시클로 알킬 C4-C11를 형성하고 ; R3및 R4는 각각 수소 또는 알킬 C1-C4를 나타내고 ; R5및 R6는 각각 알킬 C1-C2를 나타내며 ; R7은 할로겐이고 R8는 -CH3또는
    (여기에서 Z 및 Z'는 수소,할로겐,알킬 C1-C2, -CF3또는 -OCH3)이며,===는 단일 또는 이중결합이다.(단, 여기에서는 단지 0또는 1개의 이중 결합임)
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 살균제가 이마잘릴, 트리아디메폰, 트리아디메놀 또는 이들의 혼합물인 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 프탈이미드 화합물의 Y가 CONR3R4인 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 프탈이미드 화합물이 1-(3-클로로프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드, 1-(3-클로로프탈이미도)시클로펜탄카르복사미드, 1-(4-클로로프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드,-1-(4-메틸프탈이미도)-1-시클로헥산카르복사미드,1-(3,4,5,6-테트라히드로프탈이미도)-1-시클로헥산카르복사미드, -이소부틸 -메틸-(3-클로로프탈아미도)아세트 아미드, 1-(3-트리플루오로메틸프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드 또는 1-(3,5-디클로로프탈아키도)-1-시클로헥산카르복사미드인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 살균제가 트리아디메놀인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 프탈이미드 화합물이 1-(3-클로로프탈이미도)시클로헥산카르복사미드인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프탈이미드의 유효량이 50ppm 내지 2000ppm인 방법.
