제2도는 원형 광검출기를 가진 본 발명에 따른 광학 기록매체의 제2실시예를 나타낸 횡단명도.
제3도는 링형 광검출기를 가진 본 발명에 따른 광학 기록매체의 제2실시예를 나타낸 횡단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 광투과성 기판층(1)을 가진 광학 기록매체 있어서, 광투과성 기판층(1)뒤에 광반사 자기광학층(2)이 놓이고, 이층에는 한편으로는 자화와에 의해 그리고 다른한편으로는 홈, 소위 피트(3)에 의해 데이타가 기억될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체.
  2. 광투과성 기판층(1)을 가진 광학 기록매체 있어서, 광투과성 기판층(1)뒤에 부분적으로 광반사, 부분적으로 광투과 자기광학층(2)이 놓이고 이층에는 자화에 의해 데이타가 기억될 수 있으며, 자기광학층(2)뒤에 광투과층(10)이 놓이고 이층 뒤에 광투과층(11)이 놓이며 이층에는 홈, 소위 피트(3)에 의해 데이타가 기억될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체
  3. 광투과성 기판층(1)을 가진 광학 기록매체 있어서, 광투과성 기판층(1)뒤에 부분적으로 광반사, 부분적으로 광투과 자기광학층(2)이 놓이고 이층에는 자화에 의해 데이타가 기억될 수 있으며, 자기광학층(2)뒤에는 광투과층(10)이 놓이고 이층 홈, 소위 피트(3)에 의해 데이타가 기억될 수 있으며 피트(3)는 기록매체의 외부면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, a)광투과성 기판층(1) b)제 1 보호층(8) c) 자기광학층(2) d)제2보호층 (9) e)굴절율 n1을 가진 광투과층(10) f)굴절율 n2≠n1및 홈, 소위 피트(3)를 가진 광투과층(11)의 순서로 된 층구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체.
  5. 제 1항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 피트(3)의 깊이는 주사되는 빛의 파장보다 작게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서. 홈(3)의 깊이가 주사되는 빛의 파장의 약 1/10인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체.
  7. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 홈(3)의 깊이가 주사되는 빛의 파장의 절반 또는 절반의 기수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체
  8. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 홈(3)의 깊이가 주사되는 빛의 파장의 약 1/4또는 1/4의 기수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 기록매체에 방사되는 데이타를 스캐닝하는 빛의 일부는 자기광학층(2)에 의해 반사하고 일부는 자기광학층(2)을 통해 투과하며, 빛의 반사되는 부분은 자기 광학적으로 기억된 데이타를 포함하고 빛의 기록매체를 통해 투과하는 부분은 피트(3)에 의해 기억된 데이타를 포함하는 것은 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 기록매체에 방사되는 데이타를 스캐닝하는 빛의 일부를 자기광학층(2)에 으해 반사하고 일부는 자기광학층(2)을 통해 투과하며, 빛의 반사되는 부분은 가지 광학적으로 기억된 데이타를 포함하고 빛의 기록매체를 통해 투과하는 부분은 피트(3)에 의해 기억된 데이타를 포함하며, 피트(3)는 기록매체의 외부면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서, 기록매체에 방사되어 데이타를 스캐닝하는 빛의 일부는 자기광학층(2)에 의해 반사하고 일부는 자기광학층(2)을 통해 투과하며, 빛의 반사되는 부분은 피트(3)에 의해 기억된 데이타를 포함하고 빛의 기록매체를 통해 투과되는 부분은 자기 광학적으로 기억된 데이타를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체.
  12. 제 1 항, 2항, 4항, 5항, 6항, 7항, 8항, 9항, 또는 11항에 있어서, 피트(3)는 2층의 경계에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체
  13. 제 1 항, 2항,3항 4항, 5항, 6항, 7항, 8항, 9항,10항,11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 자기광학층(2)에 기억된 데이타는 피트(3)에 의해 기억된 데이타와 상관관계를 이루는 부가데이타인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기록매체.
  14. 광투과층(10)은 포토레지스트(14)에 의해 코팅되어 있고 포토레지스트(14)를 감광시킴으로써 피트패턴이 형성되며, 포토레지스트(14)가 현상되고 이때 광투과층(10) 포토레지스트(14)의 감광된 또는 감광되지 않은 부분이 용해되며, 광투과층(10)의 노출된 부분이 에칭되고 마지막 제조단계에서 광투과층(10)의 나머지 포토레지스트(14)가 에칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 3도에 따른 광학 기록매체의 제조방법.
