알몰퍼어스(Amorphous)금속층의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명 실시예 1에서 행한 HIP조건과 시료 단면의 모식도.
제2도는 같은 Cu기판을 사용한 경우의 레이저 조사 조건과 얻어지는 표면 상태와의 관계를 표시한 그래프.
제3도는 같은 Ni기판을 사용한 경우의 레이저 조사 조건과 얻어지는 표면 상태와의 관계를 표시한 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 아몰퍼어스화용이 금속을 이 아몰퍼어스화 용이 금속보다더 열전도율이 큰 금속제기판상에 박막 상태이고 그리고 야금적으로 결합되어 있는 상태하에서 형성하며, 이 아몰퍼어스화용이 금속 박막상에 펄스레이저 조사를 행하는 아몰퍼어스 금속층의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 기판의 소재가 동이거나 은 또는 이들의 합금으로됨을 특징으로한 아몰퍼어스 금속층의 제조방법.
  3. 아몰퍼어스화용이 금속을 이 아몰퍼어스화용이 금속보다 더 열전도율이 큰 금속제 기판상에, 박막상태이며 그리고 야금 적으로 결합하여 있는 상태하에서 형성하고, 이 아몰퍼어스화용이 금속 박막상에 펄스레저를 조사하는때에, 이 박막에 용융에 의하여 형성되는 구멍이 다수 산재하거나 또는 레이저 광선이 조사되지 않은 부분이 산재하는 것과 같은 조건하에서 레이저 조사를 행하며, 상기 아몰퍼어스화용이 금속 박막을 다수의 구멍을 가지는 아몰퍼어스 금속 또는 부분적인 비아몰퍼어스화 부분을 다수 가지는 아몰퍼어스 금속으로 하며, 다음으로 상기 비아몰퍼어스화 부분을 용출소실 시키는 다공 아몰퍼어스 금속층의 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기판의 소재가 동이거나 은 또는 이들의 합금으로 됨을 특징으로한 다공아몰퍼어스 금속층의 제조 방법.
