흉선 간질-유래 T세포 성장 인자 및 그의 제조방법

Claims (10)

  1. 흉선 간질에서 유래된 T세포 성장 인자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흉선 간질 세포의 배양 상층액에서 수득된 T세포 성장인자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, T세포 클론 및/또는 흉선 세포의 성장을 촉진하는 T세포 성장 인자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 흉선 간질이 포유류 기원인 T세포 성장 인자.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, T세포 클론이 헬퍼 T세포 클론인 T세포 성장 인자.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 흉선 세포가 미성숙 흉성 세포 (L3T4-Lyt2-)인 T세포 성장인자.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 특징을 갖는 T세포 성장 인자: (a) 분자량: 약 25,000 (b) 등전점:약 6.0 (c) 열처리 저항성 (65℃, 10분) (d) pH 2.0~9.0에서 안정 (e) 트립신 또는 디티오트레이톨에 민감 (f) 그 분자내에 이황화 결합을 갖는다.
  8. 흉선 간질 세포를 배양 배지에서 배양하고 배양 배지의 상층액에서 T세포의 성장을 촉진하는 인자를 수집함을 특징으로 하는 흉선 간질 유래의 T 세포 성장 인자의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 인자가 DEAE 컬럼 크로마토그래피 및 크로마토포커싱에 의해 수집되는 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 배양을 12~14일 동안 수행하는 제조방법.
