Claims (7)

  1. 하기 구소식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 2-클로로에틴 포스폰산의 에스테르 또는 이들 두 가지 에스테르의 혼합물을 60 내지 160℃의 온도에서 티오닐 클로라이드와 반응시켜 2-클로로에탄포스포닐 디클로라이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 포스핀 옥사이드를 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1,R2및 R3라디칼은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C10-알킬, 페닐, 또는 할로겐 라디칼, C1-C4-알킬 라디칼 또는 C1-C4-알콕시 라디칼로 치환된 페닐을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 포스핀 옥사이드 이외에 알칼리 금속 할라이드 또는 알칼리토금속 할라이드를 또한 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 포스틴 옥사이드 이외에 브롬화리튬을 또한 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로서 트리페닐포스핀 옥사이드 또는 트리페닐포스핀 옥사이드와 브롬화리튬의 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응중에 분리되어 증류에 의해 제거되는 디클로로에탄올 응축시켜 재순환시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티오닐 클로라이드를 초기에 도입된 에스테르에 첨가하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티오닐 클로라이드를 초기에 도입된 에스테르에 반응용기의 하부에서 첨가하는 방법.
