Claims (13)

  1. 수환경에서 습윤 와이퍼로서 사용할 수 있을 정도로 습윤강도가 충분하고 약한 교반하에 물속에서 분해될 수 있으며 위생처리장치내에서 분해가능하고 적어도 70중량%의 목재 펄프 섬유와 적어도 5중량%의 길이가 짧은 스테이플 재생 셀룰로스 섬유(여기서, 섬유는 함께 수압교락되어 습윤인장강도가 적어도 250g/in인 복합 웹을 제조한다)로 이루어지며 기본중량이 20 내지 90g/m2의 범위인 섬유상 부직웹.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기본 중량이 60 내지 75g/m2의 범위이고, 70 내지 95중량%의 연목제지용 섬유와 5 내지 30중량%의 재생 셀룰로즈 섬유로 이루어진 섬유상 부직 웹.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기본 중량이 60 내지 75g/m2의 범위이고, 80 내지 90중량%의 연목 제지용 섬유와 10 내지 20중량%의 재생 셀룰로스 섬유로 이루어진 섬유상 부직 웹.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 재생 셀룰로스 섬유가 인조견사 섬유인 섬유상 부직 웹.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 재생 셀룰로스 섬유가 중공 인조견사 섬유인 섬유상 부직 웹.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 재생 셀룰로스섬유의 섬도가 6.0 den이하이고, 평균 길이가 7 내지 19mm의 범위인 섬유상 부직 웹.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 재생 셀룰로스섬유의 섬도가 3.0 den이하이고, 평균 길이가 10 내지 16mm의 범위인 섬유상 부직 웹.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 웹이 습식-집적된 섬유상 부직 웹.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 웹이 건식-집적된 섬유상 부직 웹.
  10. 가문비나무, 솔송나무, 삼목, 소나무, 시잘섬유이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 약 70 내지 95중량%의 펄프 섬유와 섬도가 6.0 den이하이고 평균 길이가 7 내지 19mm의 범위이며 인조견사, 중공 인조견사, 셀룰로스 아세테이트, 키틴, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리사카라이드, 나일론, 아크릴 섬유 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 약 5 내지 30중량%의 합성 섬유로 이루어지며, 함께 수압교락되어 습윤 안정도가 적어도 250g/in인 복합 웹을 형성하는 섬유상 부직 웹.
  11. (a) 수성 담체 매질중에서 필수적으로 5 내지 30중량%의 길이가 짧은 스테이플 재생 셀룰로스 섬유와 70 내지 95중량의 연목 제지용 섬유로 이루어진 분산액을 제조하고, (b) 세공성 부재상에서 섬유의 습윤 웹을 제조하고, (c) 웹에 적어도 250g/in의 습윤 인장강도를 부여하기에 충분한 에너지로 수압교락시킴으로써 웹중의 섬윤 서로 교락시키고, (d) 결합제를 첨가하지 않고 웹을 건조시키는 단게로 이루어짐을 특징으로하여, 기본 중량이 20 내지 90g/m2의 범위이고 수환경에서 습윤 와이퍼로서 사용할 수 있을 정도로 습윤강도가 충분하고 약한 교반하에 물속에서 분해될 수 있으며 위생처리장치내에서 분해가능한 섬유상 부직웹을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 섬유를 교락시키는데 필요한 에너지가 웹 1lb당 약 0.007 내지 0.090 hp-hr의 범위인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 섬유를 교락시키는데 필요한 에너지가 웹 1bl당 약 0.013 내지 0.035 hp-hr의 범위인 방법.
