Claims (10)

  1. 주성분으로서, 불포화 폴리에스테르(A)폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(B), 중합성비닐단량체(C)및 섬유 (D)로서 구성되며, 1 (A)는 불포화 디카르본산 또는 그 산무수물 40-100mol% 를 함유한 디카르본산 또는 그 무수물과 일급 히드록실기를 갖는 다가알코올로부터 얻어지고, 히드록실 가(價)가 115-210mg KOH/g이며 산가(酸價)가 5mg KOH/g 이하의 불포화 폴리에스테르이며, 2(B)는말단기가
    이며, 25℃에서의 점도가 10-2000cps인 액상폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이며, 동시에, 하기의 조건(i)(ii)및 (iii) (i)(A)와 (C)와의 합계량에 대하여 50-70중량%의 범위, (ii) (B)의 이소시아네이트기는 (A)의 히드록실기에 대하여 0.75-1.2mol 배(倍)(iii)(D)는 (A)(B)(C)및 (D)의 합계량에 대하여 50-70중량%, 를 만족함을 특징으로 하는 성형가공성및 내충격성이 개선된 섬유강화 불포화 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 불포화 디카르본산 또는 그 산무수물이, 말레산, 무수말레산 및 퓨마트산으로되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1종의 화합물인것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 1급 히드록실기를 갖는 다가알코올이, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 1-4-부탄디올 및 네오펜틸글리콜로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1종의 화합물인것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트화합물(B)가, 25℃에서의 점도 30-1500cps인것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트화합물(B)가 , 4,4'-디페닐 메탄디이소시아네이트, 카르보디이미도변성 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트, 4,4G-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트의 폴리에틸계 프리폴리머, 및 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트의 폴리에스테르계 프리폴리머-로부터 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 1항에 있어서, 중합체 단량체(C)가, 스틸렌, 클로르-스틸렌, 비닐톨루엔, 및(메타)아크릴산 및 그 유도체로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  7. 1항에 있어서, 섬유(D)는, 유리(glass)섬유, 탄소섬유, 및 아라미드(aramid)섬유로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1종의 섬유인것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 주성분으로서, 불포화 폴리에스테르(A), 다가알코올(E), 폴리이소시아네이트화합물(B), 중합성비닐단량체(C)및 섬유(D)로 구성되며, ①(A)는,불포화 디카르본산 또는 그산무수물 40-100mol%를 포함한 디카르본산 또는 그 산무수물과 1급 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알코올로부터 얻어지며, 히드록실가(價)가 115-210mg KOH/g이며 산가가 5mg KOH/g이며 산가가 5mg KOH/g이하의 불포화 폴리에스테르이며, ②(B)는 말단기가
    이며 25℃에서의 점도가 10-2000cps인 액상 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이며, ③(E)는, 분자중에 최소 2개의 히드록실기를 갖고, 히드록실가(價)35-1100mg KOH/g의 다가 알코올이며, 동시에, 하기의 조건(i)(ii)(iii)및 (iv)(i) (E)와 (A)의 합계량은 (A)(E)및 (C)의 합계량에 해하여의 대하여 50-85중량%의 범위, (iii)(B)의 이소시아네이트기는 (A)와 (E)와의 히드록실기에 대하여 0.75-1.2mol 배(倍)(iv)(D)는 (A)(B)(C)(D)및 (E)합계량에 대하여 50-70중량%,를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형가공성 및 내충격성이 개량된 섬유강화 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지조성물.
  9. 8항에 있어서, 다가알코올(E)는 일급히드록실기를 갖는 글리콜인것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  10. 8항에 있어서, 다가 알코올(E), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 및 폴리 테트라 메틸렌글리콜로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
