Claims (6)
- 테트라히드로푸란과 산화 1-알켄을 공중합하여 얻어진 폴리에테르디올을 250℃ 이하의 온도에서 촉매 수소화하여 정제하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 테트라히드로푸란의 질량분율이 40% 내지 75%이고 폴리에테르디올의 질량분율이 25% 내지 60%이되는, 양이온성 촉매상에서 테트라히드로푸란과 산화 1-알켄을 공중합하여 얻어진 조용액을 촉매 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화에틸렌을 중합중에 이것의 질량분율이 2%를 초과하지 않는 율로 반응 혼합물에 가하고, 테트라히드로푸란의 질량분율이 45% 내지 70%이고 폴리에테르디올의 질량분율이 30% 내지 55%되는, 촉매로서 표포토 또는 제올라이트상에서 테트라히드로푸란과 산화에틸렌을 회분식공중합으로써 얻어진 조용액을 촉매 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수소화반응을 10바아 내지 100바아의 압력하에서 50℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수소화를 위해서 사용된 촉매가 니켈, 코발트, 철, 루테늄, 팔라듐, 백금, 또는 구리를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 20℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서 폴리에테르디올의 질량에 대한 산소의 질량이 0.02% 내지 0.5%되도록, 수소화 되기전에 폴리에테르디올을 산소로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
