Claims (9)

  1. 연속 알루미나-실리카 또는 알루미나-보리아-실리카 매트릭스 제 1상과, 원상태로 생성된 불연속카본 제 2상과, 불연속실리콘 카바이드 제 3상으로 구성되고, 1300℃에서 적어도 2시간동안 가열하는 산화성 분위기에 대하여 안정한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 연속알루미나-실리카 제 1상과, 원상태로 생성된 불연속 카본 제 2상과, 기계적으로 첨가된 불연속 실리콘카바이드 제 3상으로 구성되고, 상기 제 1상은 65내지 80중량%의 알루미나와 20내지 35중량%의 실리카와의 혼합물 또는 화학적화합물로 이루어진 총조성물의 55 내지 98중량%로 구성되고, 상기 카본 제 2상은 총조성물의 1 내지 20중량%로 구성되고, 상기 실리콘카비이드 제 3상은 총조성물의 1 내지 30중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 버블, 편, 과립, 비이드 또는 소형성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 연속 알루미나-보리아-실리카 제 1상과, 원상태로 생성된 불연속 카본 제 2상과, 기계적으로 첨가된 불연속 실피콘바카이드 제 3상으로 구성되고, 상기 제 1상은 60내지 65중량%의 알루미나와, 25 내지 35중량%의 실리카와, 0.25 내지 15중량부의 보리아와의 혼합물의 65 내지 94%로 구성되고, 상기 제 2상은 1 내지 5중량%의 카본으로 구성되고, 상기 제 3상은 5 내지 30중량%의 실시콘카바이드로 구성되며, 1300℃에서 적어도 2시간동안 가열하는 산화성분위기에 대하여 안정한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
  5. 하기단계로 구성되는 비반사성 성형압분체의 제조방법 :a) 1) 65 내지 80중량%의 알루미나와, 2)75 내지 100중량%의 유기실란과 25 내지 0중량%의 무정형실리카에서 유도되는 35 내지 20중량%의 실리카와,3) 1 내지 30중량%의 실리콘카바이드와의 혼합물 또는 화학적화합물로 이루어진 총 조성물의 55 내지 99중량%로 구성되고 상기압분체를 제조할 수 잇는 점성농축물을 제조하고, b) 상기 점성농축물을 성형형으로 성형하고,c) 상기 성형형을 탈수 또는 증발겔화 또는 가수분해하여 압분성형체를 제조하고,d) 상기 압분 성형체를 건조하여 비반사성 성형압분체를 제조한다.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 성형압분체를 900 내지 1200℃ 범위의 온도에서 소성하여 반사성 알루미나-실리카 함유 성형체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나가 하소에 의해 수분산성 알루미나졸과 수용성 알루미늄 중 적어도 하나로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘카바이드가 점성농축물에 첨가되기전에 부분산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 점성농축물이 충분량의 보리아를 포함하여 상기 반사성 제품중에 0.25 내지 15중량%의 보리아가 포함되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
