Claims (11)

  1. a) 각각의 양이온 또는 양이온들의 혼합물의 수용액을 생성하고; b) 비-혼화 액체내의 수용액을 분산시켜 비-혼화 액체내의 수용성입자의 유제를 형성하고; c) 유제를 파괴하지 않고 침전을 형성하도록 양이온 또는 양이온들과 반응하는 양이온 또는 양이온들에 대한 가스반응물을 유제와 접촉시키고; d) 이어서 수용액 및 비-혼화 액체를 제거하여 각각의 세라믹 분말을 생성하는 단계들을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분말을 생성하기 위한 유제침전방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 유제의 수용성 입자가 평균 1마이크로미터 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 수용액이 전체 유제의 부피의 30내지 70부피%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유제가 안정화하기 위하여 계면활성제 수용액을 약 2 내지 10부피% 포함하고, 계면활성제는 가능하면 비-이온성 계면활성제 및 이온성 계면활성제의 혼합물로 이루어지며, 여기에서 계면활성제는 수용액을 첨가하기 이전에 용해하여 비-혼화액체가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-혼화 액체가 오일임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스반응물이 암노니아이거나, 약 5내지 약 70부피%의 암모니아로 구성된 중성의 희석가스 및 암노니아의 혼합물이며 여기에서 암모니아는 pH가 약 10 내지 114에 도달할때까지 유제와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스반응물이 이산화탄소이고, 여기에서 이산화탄소는 일정하게 pH가 약 3에 도달할때까지 유제와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스 반응물은 일정한 pH가 3에 도달할때까지 유제와 접촉시킨 이산화탄소이고, 여기에서 반응한 유제를 pH가 최소한 6에 도달할때가지 암모니아의 약 5 내지 70부피%로 구성된, 중성의 희석가스 및 암모니아의 혼합물 또는 암모니아로 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용액 및 비-혼화 액체를 충분한 시간동안 충분한 온도로 가열함으로써 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용액 및 비-혼화 액체가 분무건조로 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 1항 내지 제 10항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분말.
