Claims (9)

  1. 알카리 토금속 산화물 및 최소한 바륨을 함유한 전자 방출층으로 코팅되고 주성분이 니켈로된 저지대를 갖는 캐소우드에 있어서, 전자 방출 물질은 유로품 산화물,이트륨 산화물,루테륨 산화물중 최소한 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 전자 방출물질은 상기 산화물의 하나 또는 그 이상의 중량으로 0.2 내지 25%인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 전자 방출물질은 상기 산화물의 하나 또는 그 이상의 중량으로 최대 5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  4. 제 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 전자 방출물질은 유로품 산화물과 루테륨 산화물과의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  5. 제 1,2 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 전자 방출물질은 이트륨 산화물과 루테륨산화물의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  6. 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자 방출물질은 테르븀 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지대는 환원 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  8. 제 1 항의 내지 제 7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지대는 환원 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소우드.
  9. 전자빔관이 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 캐소우드를 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자빔관.
