Claims (4)

  1. 자석 클램프 시스템에 의해 디스크 구동축에 고정된 광학 디스크용 자기허브를 제조하기 위한 방법에서, 모울드내에 강자성 물질로 구성된 환형금속판을 위치설정 및 세팅한다음 모울드내에 수지를 사출하는 단계들을 포함하는 것이 특징인 자기허브 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 금속판은 펀칭하여 얻어지며 또한 펀칭할 때 가시가 형성된 최종 금속판이 사용되는 것이 특징인 자기허브 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항에서, 금속판의 외경은 허브의 외경보다 작으며, 금속판의 내경은 허브의 내경보다 크고 또한 위치설정을 위해 금속판상에 형성되는 작은 구멍들내에 모을드상에 제공된 위치설정용 핀들을 끼워줌으로서 모울드내에 금속판을 위치설정시키는 것이 특징인 자기허브 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 금속판의 주변상에 흠들이 형성되는 것이 특징인 자기허브 제조방법.
