Claims (12)
- 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법에 있어서, 이 방법은: a) 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물은 적어도 제1 및 제2 부분으로 나누어지고 : b) 제1의 냉각제는 제1의 부분응축구역으로 도입되고 : c) 제1의 등용가스에로 동반되는 제1의 응축제를 형성하는 제1의 냉각제와 간접열교환에서 제1의 부분응축구역을 통하는 제1부분을통과하며 : d) 제1의 부분응축구역에서 제1응축제와 제1의 등용가스를 포함하는 2상 혼합물을 회수하고, 회수된 2상 혼합물을 제1의 가스/액체 분리구역까지 도입하고 : e) 제1의 가스/액체 분리구역에서 제1의 응축제를 회수하고 : f) 회수된 제1의 응축제를 제2의 부분응축구역까지 도입하고 : g) 제2의 등용가스와 제2의 응축제를 형성하기 위하여 회수된 제1의 응축제와 간접열교환하는 제2의 부분응축구역을 통하는 제2의 부분을 통과하며, 회수된 제1의 응축제와 제2응축제를 열적으로 제거하며 : h) 제2의 부분응축구역에서 제2의 등용가스를 회수하고 : i) 나누어진 탄화수소 가스혼합물과 실제적으로 같은 압력에서 제2의 부분응축구역으로부터 제거된 탄화수소 응축제를 제거하며 : 그리고 j) 제1의 가스/액체 분리구역에서 제2의 탄화수소 가스 혼합물을 회수하는 : 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 회수된 제2의 등용가스는 제1의 가스/액체 분리구역까지 회수되는 것을 포함하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이 방법은 : a) 제2의 냉각제를 제3의 부분응축구역까지 도입하며 : b) 제3의 등용가스에로 동반되는 제3의 응축제를 형성하기 위해 제2의 냉각제와 간접열교환에서 제3의 부분응축구역을 통하는 제2의 탄화수소 혼합물을 통과하고 : c) 제3의 부분응축구역에서 제3의 응축제 및 제3의 등용가스를 포함하는 2상 혼합물을 회수하고, 회수된 2상 혼합물을 제2의 가스/액체 분리구역까지 도입하며 : d) 제2의 가스/액체 분리구역으로부터 제3의 응축제를 회수하고 : 그리고 e) 제2의 가스/액체 분리기로부터 제3의 탄화수소 가스혼합물을 회수하는 : 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회수된 제1의 응축제와 혼합에서 제2의 부분응축구역까지 회수된 제3의 응축제를 도입하는 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1의 부분응축 구역에 도입되는 제1의 냉각제는 제3의 탄화수소 가스혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 제2의 부분은 회수된 제1의 응축제와 직접열교환에서 제2의 부분응축구역을 지나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 제2의 부분은 회수된 제1의 응축제와 간접열교환에서 제2의 부분응축구역을 지나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 부분응축구역을 지나가는 제1의 등온가스의 속도는 25와 500kg/sec/m2사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 제1의 부분은 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 70과 95몰(mole) 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제거된 탄화수소 혼합물은 3과 14미터 사이로 나누어진 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물에 대한 유체정역학 헤드 아래의 제2의 부분응축구역에서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 탄화수소 가스혼합물은 C1∼C6범위 안의 탄화수소 성분을 포함하고, 제1의 가스/액체 분리구역은 32와 60kg/cm2a 사이의 온도에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 출발 탄화수소 혼합물은 주로 C1∼C3탄화수소를 포함하고, 제3의 부분응축구역에 도입된 제2의 냉각제는 -45°C와 -85°C 사이의 온도에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 가스혼합물의 부분응축 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
