Claims (16)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 프레폴리머를 함유하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 비반응성 포화 그룹이고, R2는 반응성 불포화 그룹이고, m 및 n은 각기 1내지 4의 정수이고, X 및 Y는 각기 공중합비이며, 단, X+Y=1이면 0.3 내지 0.7이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프레폴리머가 폴리(p-히드록시브로모스티렌)의 에테르 또는 에스테르인 나연성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비반응성 포화그룹 R1이 알킬 에테르 또는 알칸오일 에스테르이고 반응성 불포화 그룹 R2가 알케닐 에테르 또는 알켄오일 에스테르인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비반응성 포화그룹 R1이 메톡시, 에톡시, 프로폭시, 이소부폭시, 에탄오일옥시, 프로판오일옥시, 이소프로판오일옥시, 에폭시프로판오일옥시, 또는 에폭시이소프로판 오일옥시 그룹인 난연성 수지조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 반응성 불포화그룹 R2가 비닐옥시, 이소프로페닐옥시, 이소부테닐옥시, 알릴옥시, 아크릴로일옥시, 메타크릴로일옥시, 에폭시아크로일옥시, 또는 에폭시메타크릴로일옥시 그룹인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 측쇄에 불포화 그룹을 갖는 1,2-폴리부타디엔 유도체를 함유하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 유도체가 1,2-폴리부타디엔 호토프레폴리머, 환화 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 에폭시-변성 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 에폭시-말단 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 1,2-폴리부타디엔 글리콜, 1,2-폴리부타디엔카복실산, 우레탄-변성 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 말레인화 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 탈단 아크릴-변성 1,2-폴리부타디엔 또는 말단 에스테르-변성 1,2-폴리부타디엔인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 프레폴리멀대 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 공중합 혼합중량비가 80:20 내지 20:80인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 프레폴리머대 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 공중합 혼합중량비가 또한 60:40 내지 40:60인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 프레폴리머가 측쇄에 이소프로판오일옥시 그룹과 메타크릴로일옥시 그룹을 5:5의 비율로 함유하며 m 및 n이 모두 약 1.5의 폴리(p-히드록시브로모스티렌)인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 프레폴리머는 측쇄에 5:5의 이소프로판오일옥시 그룹과 메타크릴로일옥시 그룹을 함유하며 m 및 n이 모두 약 1.5의 폴리(p-히드록시브로모스티렌)이고, 1,2-폴리부타디엔은 에폭시-변성 폴리부타디엔이고, 상기 프레폴리머 대 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 공중합 혼합 중량비가 50:50인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 프레폴리머는 측쇄에 5:5의 수소원자와 메타크릴로일옥시 그룹을 5:5의 비율로 함유하며 m은 4 및 n은 약 1.5의 폴리(p-히드록시브로모스티렌)이고, 1,2-폴리부타디엔은 에폭시-변성 폴리부타디엔이고, 상기 프레폴리머 대 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 공중합 혼합중량비가 50:50인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 또한 테트라브로모비스페놀 A와 에틸렌 옥사이드의 반응 생성물인 디아크릴레이트를 함유하고, 여기에서 프레폴리머는 측쇄에 이소프로판오일옥시 그룹과 메타클릴로일옥시 그룹을 5:5의 비율로 함유하며 m 및 n이 약 1.5의 폴리(p-히드록시브로모스티렌)이고, 1,2-폴리부타디엔은 에폭시-변성 폴리부타디엔과 디아크릴레이트의 중합혼합 중량비가 35:50:15인 난연성 수지 조성물.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 프레폴리머는 측쇄에 4:6의 프로폭시 및 알콜옥시 그룹을 함유하며 m 및 n이 약1.5의 폴리(p-히드록시브로모스티렌)이고, 1,2-폴리부타디엔은 완화 1,2-폴리부타디엔이고, 상기한 프레폴리머대 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 중합혼합 중량비가 60:40인 난연성 수지조성물.
  15. 합성수지를 기재에 합침하고, 건조한 프레그레그를 적층 접착한 다층 프린트 배선판용 적층재료에 있어서, 합성수지가 일반식(Ⅰ)의 프레폴리머를 함유하는 난연성 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층재료.
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 비반응성 포화 그룹이고, R2은 반응성 불포화 그룹이고, m 및 n은 1내지 4의 정수이고, X 및 Y는 각기 종중합비이며, 단, X+Y=1이면 0.3 내지 0.7이다.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서, 난연성 수지 조성물이 또한 측쇄에 불포화 그룹을 갖는 1,2-폴리부타디엔 유도체를 함유하는 다층 프린트 배선판용 적층재료.
