Claims (14)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 피리딜에탄올아민 및 생리학적으로 허용되는 이의 염 및 이의 N-옥사이드.상기식에서, R1은 CN, -COOP8또는 -CONR9R10을 나타내며, R|2는 임의 치환된 알킬을 나타내고, R3은 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내며, R4는 수소, 또는 임의 치환된 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, R3및 R4는 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 나타내며, R5는 OH, 아실옥시 또는 알콕시를 나타내고, R6은 수소 또는 알킬을 나타내며, R7은 수소 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 아르알킬, 알릴 또는 헤테로사이클릭을 나타내고, R6및 R7은 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 나타낼 수 있으며, R8은 알킬을 나타내거나, R9및 R10은 각각 독립적으로, 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 질서 원자와 함께, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 레디칼을 나타낸다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 치환된 피리딜 할로게노매딜 케톤을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아믿과 반응시키고 카보닐그룹을 환원시킨후, 경우에 따라, 아실화 또는 알킬화 시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)외 치환된 피리딜 에탈올아민을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 CN,-COOR8또는 -CONR9R10을 나타며,R2는 임의 치환된 알킬을 나타내고, R3은 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, R4는 수소, 또는 임의 치환된 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, R3및 R4는 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께, 임외 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 레디칼을 나타내며, R5는 OH, 아실옥시 또는 알콕시를 나타내고, R6은 수소 또는 알킬을 나타내며, R7은 수소, 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 아르알킬, 알킬 또는 헤테로사이클릭을 나타내거나, R6및 R7은 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 레디칼을 나타낼 수 있으며, R8은 알킬을 나타내고, R9및 R10은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 나타내며, Hal은 할로겐을 나타낸다.

- 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 치환된 피리딜 매틸 케톤을 할로겐화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)외 피리딜 할로게노매틸 케톤을 제조하는 방법.상식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, 및 Hsl은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)외 치환된 피리딜 메틸 케톤.상기식에서, R1은 CN, -COOR8또는 -CONR9R10을 나타내며, R|2는 임의 치환된 알킬을 나타내고, R3은 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내며, R4는 수소 또는 임의 치환된 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, R3및 R4는 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 임외 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼은 나타내며, R8은 알킬을 나타내고, R9및 R10은 각각 독립적으로, 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 나타낸다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 피리딜 매틸 케톤을 다음 일반식 (Ⅵ)의 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 치환된 피리딜 메틸 케톤을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4및 Hal은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 피리딜 메틸 케톤.상기식에서, R1은 CN, -COOR8또는 -CONR9R10을 나타내며, R|2은 임의 치환된 알킬을 나타내고, R8은 알킬을 나타내고, R9및 R10은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 알킬 또는 알케닐을 나타내거나, 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 항에, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 래디칼을 나타내고, Hal은 할로겐을 나타낸다.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)외 화합물을, 경우에 따라, 산-결합제의 존재하에 옥시 염화인과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)외 피리딜 메틸 케톤을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1, R2및 Hal온 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제 1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 피리딜에탄올아민을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 가축의 산출 촉진제.
- 제 1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 피리딜에탄올아민을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 가축의 사료, 가축의 음료수, 및 동물의 사료 및 가축의 음료수용 첨가제.
- 가축은 산출 촉진을 위한 제 1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 피리딜에탄올아민의 용도.
- 제 1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 피리딜에탈올아민을 중량제 및/또는 회석제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 가축의 산출 촉진제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 피리딜에탄올아민을 사료 또는 음료수, 및 경우에 따라, 다른 보조제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여 동물 사료, 가축의 음료수, 또는 동물의 사료 및 가축의 음료수용 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
- 가축의 산출 촉진제를 제조하기 위한 제 1항에 따른 치환된 피리딜에탄올아민의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
