Claims (16)

  1. 공유결합을 형성할 수 있는 관능기를 가진 담체를 효소로 피복시킨 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법에 있어서, 그 담체 결합 효소를 이관능기 교차 결합제와 폴리아민으로 임의의 순서로 부가 처리함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 담체 결합 효소를 먼저 폴리아민으로 처리한 다음 교차 결합제로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이관능기 교차 결합제로서 글루타릭 디알데히드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 건조 촉매 물질 1그램당 글루타릭 디알데히드를 5-500mg, 바람직하게는 25-250mg사용하여 처리함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글루타릭 디알데히드를 0.1-10%(W/V) 수용액으로, 바람직하게는 0.5-5%(W/V) 수용액으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항 또는 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글루타릭 디알데히드 처리를 pH 4-9, 바람직하게는 pH 5-8에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글루타릭 디알데히드 처리를 15-120분동안, 바람직하게는 30-60분동안 수행함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아민으로서 폴리에틸렌 이민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 분자량이 2,000,000 달톤이하인 폴리에틸렌 이민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 분자량이 600-1,000,000 달톤 사이인 폴리에틸렌 이민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  11. 제8항 또는 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 촉매 물질 1그램당 폴리에틸렌 이민을 3-600mg, 바람직하게는 15-240mg 사용하여 처리함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  12. 제8항 또는 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 아민을 0.1-20%(W/V) 수용액으로, 바람직하게는 0.5-8%(W/V) 수용액으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  13. 제8항 또는 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 이민 처리를 pH 4-9, 바람직하게는 pH 5-8에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  14. 제8항 또는 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 이민 처리를 적어도 5분, 바람직하게는 적어도 15분간 수행함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  15. 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화 알루미늄 또는 규산에 기초한 다공질 무기 담체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
  16. 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글루코스 이소머라제를 효소로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 담체 결합 효소의 제조방법.
