Claims (20)
- (a) 유리 또는 유리―세라믹 또는 세라믹으로 제조된 경량의 내부부재와 (b) 유리 또는 유리―세라믹 또는 세라믹으로 제조된 외부부재와 (c) 유리 또는 유리―세라믹으로 제조된 결합부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재는 다공성 몸체 또는 주름진 몸체 또는 벌집형 몸체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합부재는 세라믹 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재는 운모 형태의 미세구조를 갖는 거품으로 이루어진 다공성 몸체로 구성되고, 상기 외부부재는 알칼리 토류 알루미노실리캐이트 유리로 구성되고, 상기 결합부재는 징크 보로 실리케이트형 접착유리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재는 무정형의 다공성 실리카 함유 몸체로 구성되고 상기 외부부재는 보로실리캐이트 유리로 구성되고 상기 결합부재는 열적으로 불투명해지는 접착유리로 구성되고 성장한 결정상은 납 타이터내이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 또는 상기 내부 및 외부부재의 각각의 세라믹 섬유 및/또는 위스커로 강화되고 상기 결합부재는 세라믹 위스커로 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부부재는 서로 반대방향의 평면시이트이고 그 사이에 위치하는 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품의 배열에 결합되고 지지부품은 평면시이트에 평행한 채널 축을 가지며, 각각의 평면시이트는 세라믹 또는 유리 또는 유리―세라믹 기지로 이루어진 복합 세라믹 재료의 시이트로 구성되고 무기질 강화상은 기지내에 배치되며, 각각의 지지부품은 주변으로 밀폐되고 긴 채널을 이루는 연속적인 복합세라믹 벽으로 형성되고 복합세라믹벽은 유리, 유리―세라믹 또는 세라믹 기지상으로 구성되고 섬유 강화상은 기지상에 배치된 다량의 무기질 섬유로 구성되고 섬유 강화상은 상기 벽 내에서 여러 방향을 갖는 섬유 또는 섬유 그룹으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 채널이 있는 지지부품의 배열은 서로 벽과 벽이 접촉하는 부품의 서브 배열(sub-array)에 평행한 결합된 평면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품은 일반적으로 삼각 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 서브 배열에 평행한 복결합된 평면으로 구성되고 (a) 각각의 서브 배열에서 지지부품의 채널축은 적어도 하나의 평면시이트에 평행하고 (b) 상기 서브 배열들은 인접하고 서로 접촉하여 결합되고 (c) 적어도 하나의 서브배열에서 채널축의 방향은 적어도 하나의 인접 서브 배열에서 채널축의 방향은 적어도 하나의 인접 서브배열에서의 채널축의 방향을 횡단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 지지부품의 벽속의 섬유는 여러섬유 겹으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 섬유겹은 섬유얀의 평행 스트랜드(strand)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 섬유겹은 횡겹 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 채널이 있는 지지부품의 벽속에 섬유는 3개 이상의 인접하는 섬유얀 겹의 형태로 제공되고 각각의 겹의 횡겹 형태속에 배치되는 겹은 적어도 하나의 인접하는 겹의 주섬유 방향으로 횡단하는 주섬유 방향을 가지는 섬유 그룹으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조물.
- 적어도 하나의 세라믹 평면시이트와, 평면시이트에 결합된 하나 이상의 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품으로 구성되고 평면시이트에 일반적으로 평행한 채널축을 갖는 결합된 복합 세라믹 구조물에 있어서 평면시이트는 세라믹 또는 유리 또는 유리―세라믹 기지로 이루어진 복합 세라믹 재료의 시이트로 구성되고 무기질 강화산은 기지내에 배치되며 각각의 지지부품은 주변으로 밀폐된 긴 채널을 이루는 연속적인 복합 세라믹벽으로 형성되고 복합세라믹 벽은 유리 또는 유리―세라믹 또는 세라믹 기지상으로 구성되고 섬유강화상은 기지상 내에 배치되며 다수의 무기질 섬유로 구성되며 섬유 강화상은 상기 벽내에 여러 방향을 갖는 섬유 또는 섬유그룹으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합된 복합 세라믹 구조물.
- (a) 지지부품으로 선택된 채널 형사에 대응하는 단면을 갖는 맨드릴을 제공하는 단계와 (b) 유리와 열적으로 결정하는 유리와 금속산화물 결정의 그룹에서 선택된 세라믹 재료의 입자로 피복된 하나 이상의 무기질 강화섬유로 구성되는 맨드릴 위에 예비성형된 지지 부품을 형성하는 단계와 (c) 무기질 강화 섬유 둘레와 일체의 유리 또는 유리―세라믹 또는 기지 속으로 유리 또는 열적으로 결정할 수 있는 유리 또는 금속산화물 결정을 합체시키기에 적어도 충분한 온도까지 지지부품을 가열하여 일체의 복합세라믹 지지부품속에 지지부품을 합체하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 시이트 재료를 결합하고 지지하는데 적합한 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 맨드릴은 삼각단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 시이트재료를 결합하고 지지하는데 적합한 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 예비성형된 지지부품은 맨드릴 주위에 세라믹 재료의 입자로 미리 피복된 무기질 강화 섬유 겹으로 둘러 싸여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 시이트 재료를 결합하고 지지하는데 적합한 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 무기질 강화 섬유 겹은 세라믹 재료의 입자를 미리 침투시킨 적어도 하나의 짜여진 섬유겹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 시이트 재료를 결합하고 지지하는데 적합한 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 섬유 겹이 미리 성형된 지지부품내에 횡겹 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 시이트 재료를 결합하고 지지하는데 적합한 채널이 있는 세라믹 지지부품을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
