텅스텐-니켈-철 합금의 기계적 물성치의 분산의 감소방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 파괴강도, 항복강도 및 신장율을 파우더중의 코발트의 중량%에 대한 함수로 나타낸 그래프이다.
제2도는 종전 기술에 따른 합금 방법으로 생산된 제품, 특히 파우더 4에 대해 4단계로 측정된 기계적 물성치의 분산을 나타내는 그래프이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 합금 방법으로 생산된 제품에 대해 4단계로 측정된 기게적 물성치의 분산을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 코발트와 망간 파우더가 동시에 최초의 파우더에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로하는 원천이 다른 파우더로부터 얻은 것을 변화하느 열처리 조건에 노출시킴으로써 텅스텐-니켈-철 합금의 기계적 물성의 분산을 감소시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가되는 파우더의 양이 최종 파우더의 양에 대해 코발트 0.02-2wt.%, 망간 0.02-2wt.%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가되는 파우더의 피셔 입자크기가 1-15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 입자크기가 3-6㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
