Claims (7)

  1. 혼합용의 조체와, 그 조체내를 상측의 혼합실과 하측의 기체실로 구획하는 급기판과, 그 조체의 혼합실부에 설치된 원료의 도입구 및 혼합물의 배출구와, 그 혼합실내에 설치되고 구동장치에 의하여 회전되는 교반날개와, 상기 기체실에 접속된 송급장치를 구비하고, 2종이상의 분말을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 급기판을 경사시켜서 혼합실의 저부에 설치하고, 그 급기판의 표면이 X측에 거의 대칭, Y축에 비대칭으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 급기판이, 다공질의 세라믹판, 통기성이 있는 직포, 하니컴판 또는 작은노즐의 집합인 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 교반날개의 회전은, 그 날개의 주속을 0.6-20m/초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합용의 조체에 질량계량기를 붙이고, 내용물을 계량할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 저장탱크를 혼합실의 배출구에 접속하고, 혼합물의 탈기와 함께 배출을 원활하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 질량검출기, 레벨검출기, 압력검출기 및 타이머를 붙이고, 회분혼합조작을 계산기 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회분식 분말혼합기.
