Claims (4)

  1. 희토류 원소(단 Y를 포함함)와 철과 붕소를 기본성분으로 하는 자석에 있어서, 상기자석의 결정 평균입경이 150μ m 이하이고, 함유탄소 및 산소가 각각 400ppm 이하, 1000ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석.
  2. 희토류 원소(단 Y를 포함함)와 철과 붕소를 기본성분으로 하는 자석의 제조방법에 있어서, 그 결정 평균입경이 150μ m 이하가 되도록 주조하고, 다음에 250°C 이상의 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석의 제조방법.
  3. 희토류 원소(단 Y를 포함함)와 철과 붕소를 기본성분으로 하는 자석의 제조방법에 있어서, 그 결정 평균입경이 150μ m 이하가 되도록 주조하고, 다음에 500°C이상의 온도에서 열간 가공함으로써 상기자석을 이방성화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석의 제조방법.
  4. 희토류 원소(단 Y를 포함함)와 철과 붕소를 기본성분으로 하는 자석의 제조방법에 있어서, 그 결정 평균입경이 150μ m 이하가 되도록 주조하고, 다음에 500°C이상의 온도에서 열간 가공함으로써 이방성화한후, 이어서 250°C 이상의 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석의 제조방법.
