도면은 본 발명의 방법에 따라서 기구를 살균하는 장치를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 기구의 세척 방법에 있어서, 하기의 단계로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 : -상기 용기를 액체를 함유한 탱크내에 배열하고, -상기 탱크에 초음파 여자를 받게하고, -상기 액체는 350nm와 1000nm 사이의 흡수 파장길이를 가진 적어도 하나의 염료용액이고, -초음파 여자를 받는 동안에, 상기 용액은 상기 용액내에서 발생되는 산소분자를 활성화하기에 충분한 흡수 파장길이로 조도를 받게하는 단계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 37℃와 40℃ 사이의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소한 pH를 9로 유지하기 위하여 염을 상기 용액에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 물질이 과산화수소, 과산화수소를 발생시킬 수 있는 물질, 및 활성산소를 발생시킬수 있는 물질로 부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질을 상기 용액에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염료가 크산텐(형광물질, 메틸렌블루오, 로다민B, 프로플라빈, 벵칼핑크, 에오신), 포르피린, 프탈로시아닌, 시아닌, 아진 및 옥사진, 퀴논, 그리고 인디고의 염류군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 파장 길이로 측정되는 염료 용액의 광학적 밀도 값이 0.3과 3 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조도가 0.5W/㎠이고, 그것의 지속시간이 평균 10분과 40분 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초음파 여자를 받는 총시간이 10분과 15분 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항의 방법을 수행하기 위하여 하기와 같이 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치 : -세척될 기구 및 적어도 하나의 염료 용액을 슈용하며 상기 기구를 커버하는 탱크, -상기 탱크에 연결되어 초음파 진동을 발생하고 이것을 상기 탱크에 전송하는 장치, 및 -상기 초음파 여자를 받는 동안에, 상기 용액내에서 발생되는 산소 분자를 활성화시키는데 충분한 상기 염료의 흡수 파장길이로 상기 용액을 조명하는 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 탱크에 고정되어 상기 용액을 가열하는 장치를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
