Claims (2)

  1. 종이원단붕치(2)에서 종이원단을 공급하여주는 다수개의 안내 로울러(3a)(3b)(3c)(3d)를 시작으로 절단로울로러(4)절첨선 표시로울러(5), 당김로울러(6), 내수성 접착제 도포기(7), 종이절첩부(8), 압압로울러(9), 수용성 접착제 도포기(10), 캇터기(11) 그리고 컨베이어벨트(12)로된 종래의 장치에 있어서, 당김로울러(6) 다음으로 내수성 접착제 도포기(7′) 및 종이절첩부(8′) 그리고 압압로울러(9′)을 하부에 병렬로 연설하였고, 압압로울러(9)(9′) 다음에 절첩종이 간격조정로울러(13c)(13a)(13′c)(13′a)를 상하에 연설한 다음으로 안내로울러(14)(14′)와 수용성 접착제 도포기(10) 및 접착로울러(16) 그리고 수용성접착제 도포기(7)을 더 설치하여 두뭉치의 종이원단을 동시에 공급하므로서 독립된 육묘상자들이 횡방향으로 일정길이 만큼 조립이 된 상태로 연속 생산되도록 한것을 특징으로 한, 개별분리가 가능한 육묘상자의 연속생산장치.
  2. 압압로울러(9)(9′)를 통과하면서 얻어지는 봉투형태로 접혀진 종이원단을 별도의 로울러에 감아 적당한 간격을 유지하도록 설치한후 이것을 안내로울러(14)(14′)에 걸어 수용성 접착제 도포기(10)로서 상측의 봉투형태 종이원단에만 접착제를 도포하여 접착로울러(16)에서 상하의 봉투형태로 접혀진 종이원단을 횡방향으로 접착시킨후 수용성 접착제 도포기(17)를 통과시키고 캇터기(11)에서 자르는 공정으로 횡방향으로 일정길이 만큼 조립이된 상태로 연속생산함을 특징으로 하는, 개별분리가 가능한 육묘상자의 연속생산장치.
