Claims (13)
- 응집물을 함유하는 솔-겔 유도된 산화금속 입자조성물에 상기 산화금속 조성물이 가열되는 온도에서 분해되는 유효량의 조성물을 가하고, 상기 산화금속 조성물을 가열하여 상기 응집물의 적어도 일부부는을 파괴하기 위한 가스를 형성하여 이루어지는 세분화 분열된 분말산화 금속조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해하여 가스를 형성하는 조성물은 산의 암모늄 염인 상기제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해하여 가스를 형성하는 조성물은 아미드인 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해하여 가스를 형성하는 조성물은 용제에 용해된 가스인 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해하여 가스를 형성하는 조성물은 휘발성산인 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해하여 가스를 형성하는 조성물은 암모늄 카르보네이트인 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해하여 가스를 형성하는 조성물은 암모늄 나트라이트인 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분말 조성물의 평균 미립자의 사이즈는 약5미크론 이하인 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 입자조성물은 지르코늄, 티타늄, 마그네슘, 이트륨, 보론, 틴, 실리콘 및 알미늄의 원소들의 가용성 염 또는 알콜시드로부터 제조되는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자조성물은 지르코니아로 이루어지는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자조성물은 알루미나로 이류어지는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자조성물은 실리카로 이루어지는 상기 제조방법.
