내실원추 비임을 생성시키기 위한 이성분 분무 노즐

제1도는 반은 투시도로 그리고 반은 수직 종단면도로(제2도에 있어서 단면 Ⅰ-Ⅰ)나타낸 이성분 분무노즐의 실시형태의 도면이고,
제2도는 제2도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 따른 횡단면도이고,
제3도는 제1도 및 2도에 비하여 확대 표시된 제1도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 따른 단면도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 기상매질(예컨대 공기)와 액상매질(예컨대 물)을 통과시키고 노즐 출구에 공축으로 뻗쳐있는 제1통로를 갖고 있으며 제1통로에 직각으로 배치되어 제1통로에 진입하는 액상매질 안내역의 제2통로를 갖고 있는 노즐체로, 특히 봉재, 블룸 및 광폭대재로부터의 소폭재와 같은 연속 주조공장의 주조 생산품을 냉각하기 위해, 비임각도(분사각도) 45° 이상의 내실(완전)원추 비임을 생성시키기 위한 이성분 분무 노즐에 있어서, 제2통로(13,13a)의 높이에서 제1통로(11,11a)에 진입하고 제1통로(11,11a)에도 제2통로(13,13a)에도 직각 또는 실질적으로 직각으로 뻗고 있는 제3통로(14,14a)가 가스상 매질을 안내하기 위해 노즐체(10,10a)에 형성되어 있는 것과, 노즐 출구(17,17a)에 공축으로 겹쳐지고 이 노즐 출구에서 흐름방향(16)으로 축방향 진해하는 환상통로(26,26a)로의 연결구(18,19,20)를 갖고 있는 제1통로(11,11a)에서 예비 혼합된 이성분 혼합물을 위한 충돌판(15,36)이 제1통로(11,11a)에 배설되어 있는 것과, 노즐 출구(17,17a)는 마찬가지로 환상통로 모양으로, 그러나 확대되는 바람직하게는 원추상의 외부 경계(28,28a)를 갖게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1통로(11)가 블라인드 홀로 되어 있고 블라인드 홀의 바닥(15)이 충돌판 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제1도 내지 4도).
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 충돌판(15)의 상부에는 측방향 절삭구(18,18,20)가 노즐체(10)에 형성되어 있고 그 절삭구는 방사방향으로 제1통로(11)에 연통되고 환상통로(26)로의 연결구 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제1도 내지 4도).
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서,노즐체(10)는 노즐 출구(17)의 영역에 제1통로(11)에 공축으로 하나(21 및 22의 경우)의 저어날 모양으로 단락된 원통상 축소부(23)을 갖고 있고 이 축소부(23)는 그 단부에서 환상통로 모양의 노즐 출구(17)의 내부 경계를 함께 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무노즐(제1도 내지 4도).
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1통로(11a)는 관통공으로 되어 있고 충돌판(36)은 제1통로(11a)에 삽입된 분리부재(마개 부재 30)로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제5도 및 6도).
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 충돌판(15,36)은 편평하거나 사실상 편평하고 노즐축에 직각인 표면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제1도 내지 4도).
  7. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 충돌판(15,36)이 반경상으로 만곡된 표면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제5도 및 6도).
  8. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 충돌판(15,36)이 경사진 내지는 원추상 표면을 갖고 있는 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제5도 및 6도).
  9. 제5항 내지 8항 중의 하나에 있어서, 충돌판(36)을 형성하는 마개 부재(30)가 숄도더(29) 위에 배치된 고정 부재(15a)에 의해 제1통로(11a)내에 고정되어 있고 고정 부재(15a)는 매질통과를 위한 공백(간극) (18a,19a,20a)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐(제5도 및 6도).
  10. 제5항 또는 7항 내지 9항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 마개 부재(30)는 그의 노즐 출구측 단부(33)에 접시 모양으로 확장 형성되어 있고 거기서 충돌판(36)이 환상통로(26a) 및 여기에 축방향으로 연결된 환상통로 모양의 노즐 출구(17a)의 내부 경계를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐.
  11. 제1항 또는 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 마개 부재(30)는 그의 접시모양의 확장부(33) 상부에 제1통로(11a) 보다 작은 직경을 갖고 있으며 그렇게 하여 마개 부재(30)와 제1통로(11a)의 벽 사이에 생긴 환상홈(34)은 고정 부재(15a)로부터 환상통로(26a) 내지 노즐 출구(17a)로의 연결구 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐.
  12. 제5항 내지 11항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 고정 부재(15a)는 평면도 내지 단면도상에 있어 균일사각형, 바람직하기는 삼각형 모양으로 구성되어 있고 꼭지부분은 제1통로(11a)의 반경에 대응하여 둥글게 되어 제1통로(11a)에 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무 노즐.
  13. 제1항 내지 3항 및 제5항 내지 12항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 노즐체(10,10a)는 그의 노즐 출구측 단부에 제1통로(11,11a)에 공축으로 저어날 모양으로 단략된 원통상 축소부(23,23a)를 갖고 있고, 그 축소부(23,23a) 위에는 환상통로(26,26a) 및 이것에 축방향으로 연결된 환상통로 모양의 노즐 출구(17,17a)의 각 외부 경계(27,27a 내지 28,28a)를 형성하는 전향켑(25,25a)이 축방향으로 이동조정 가능하게 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무노즐.
  14. 제13항 있어서, 원통상 축소부(23,23a)는 외부나사(24,24a)를 갖고 있고, 그 나사(24,24a)위에는 대응 내부나사를 갖고 있는 전향캡(25,25a)이 나사 죄임되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 분무노즐.
